Stayed with them in September 2022. Three people with a car. Contacted them through the website that I found on Google Maps, and didn't get an answer, but then saw a week later their listing on Airbnb, and booked the large room on the third floor, "Appartamento Maestrale", as their website calls it. The hosts were very helpful at checking in and providing all the local information - their office in up the mountain in the center of Agerola, and the property itself was beyond any complements.

Negatives.
1. Location. As far as walking, it is far from everywhere except a bus station, but if you can deal with it, that's the only thing.

Positives.
1. Location. The views. All rooms have terraces, and the second and third floors have amazing views. The room that I rented had a huge patio on the third floor, and the views are as good as you can get anywhere on the Amalfi Coast.
2. The apartment was amazing. Bedrooms, living room, kitchen, patio, all were five stars. The one I got was very spacious for a two bedroom apartment.
3. The hosts. As mentioned above, although I didn't get a reply when trying to book through their website, once booked through Airbnb they were as helpful as one could be.
4. Price. Because this area ("San Michele") is far from all the towns and the main road, the rental properties here are much cheaper than in Positano or in/near Amalfi/Ravello/Minori/Maiori or on/near Strada Amalfitana. Similar properties with views of the coast similar to the one I got here for just over $200, somewhere in Positano or Ravello I found for $800-1,000+. Yet, besides the distance from these towns, this place has no other negatives.
5. Access to transportation. Despite being far from everywhere, this negative point is mitigated some by property having a garage (most properties on Amalfi Coast don't, from my research) and that it is located adjacent to a bus station that can take you up to Agerola or down to Amalfi. Note, there is no direct bus to Positano, you need to go to Amalfi, and then take a bus or a ferry to Positano from there. Or even better, walk Sentiero degli Dei from Agerola to Positano :) Definitely worth doing at least once when you are here!

Personally, since I came in a car, this was a perfect rental for me as I didn't have a problem getting here. Bus to Amalfi makes it relatively easy to visit that area, and on the day I visited Positano, I drove up to Agerola, parked near the city center, walked the trail to Positano, spent few hours there, took a ferry to Amalfi, spent the afternoon there, and then took the bus back to Agerola. But if you are coming without a car, you can take a bus to Agerola (five-ten minute ride), and on the way back hop off right in front of the apartment instead of going all the way back to Agerola, as the bus from Amalfi to Agerola is the same one passing here.

Excelente ubicación, muy cerca de Positano y sobre la pintoresca ruta Amalfitana. Preciosas vistas al mar desde el balcón terraza y las habitaciones. Un garage fabuloso, teniendo en consideración los escasos lugares para estacionar en esa costa. Tiene todas las comodidades que los viajeros necesitan. No es apto para personas con discapacidad porque tiene una escalera, pero tanto la distribución en una sola planta como los dormitorios y baños son ideales para pasar unos días de ensueño.

Un lugar hermoso. Piso antiguo, techos altos y remodelado. Todas las comodidades. La parada del bus enfrente del piso y fácil moverse en transporte público. Garage incluido así que moverse en auto también es posible. Lo mejor : LAS VISTAS !

Es un lugar especial. Excelente prestaciones. Una vista y una terraza increíble! !!. Muy cómodo. Con todos los servicios que puedan necesitar.
