Marry me in Tuscany

We live in England & contacted Hewlin. She was brilliant from start to finish. We flew out & she took us to 6 different places in Tuscany to view to get married. We found the perfect place, she then organised the flowers, photography, accommodation, took us to the place you have to sign 2 days before, menus (basically everything). Marry me in Tuscany made everything easy for us, especially as we didn’t speak the language & they organise everything for you, even send pictures on WhatsApp for you choose. Would highly recommend if you want to marry in beautiful settings, fabulous wine & food & great holiday with all your family & friends.

Fantastic wedding planners who helped me plan my dream wedding in Italy! Hewelin and Rebecca from Marry Me in Tuscany have been an absolute joy to work with - always responsive, organised and incredibly friendly & welcoming. We honestly couldn't have done our wedding without them, and I can't thank them enough! The day was a complete dream and they were both on hand all day to help organise. We were working with them for a year and a half to plan the wedding and it all came together seamlessly. Would highly recommend to anyone!

I rarely write reviews but I have to admit the quality of the service provided by Hewelin went above and beyond. She was extremely quick at responding and managed to make time to support me and my partner despite her incredibly packed schedule (in late spring). I came to her with tight deadlines and no real clue about how to navigate Italy's complex bureaucracy, but she reassured me and provided a clear plan to resolve the issue within less than 24 hours. Credit to MarryMeInTuscay for the excellent job, and for saving my wedding. They are clearly very experienced and knowledgeable as well as flexible.

I must say that we are very happy to have chosen Hewelin for our beautiful Tuscan wedding. In the weeks and days leading to it, she has been always available to help us with our queries, suggesting how to move around the complicated bureocracy involving handling documents for 3 different countries and truly caring about our special day. The organisation was excellent and all went smoothly which really shows how very passionate she is about what she does. Thank you for making our day, one we won't ever forget!

Hewelin and Rebecca are amazing! We had so many complications and changes in dates and venues than you could ever imagine due to covid and travel agencies but they dealt with every change in their stride! They supported us through each and every step and were always at the end of the phone should we need anything. They provided us with some fantastic suppliers for our extremely intimate wedding including a wonderful chef who not only did our wedding meal but also a pizza night for us and the family, a photographer who was incredibly talented and some wonderful florists. Rebecca oversaw the day with us and was always so lovely to have around, they both made our day so special and would reccomend them to anyone looking to be married in Tuscany! I cannnot praise the hard work and dedication Hewelin shows in her work as a wedding planner. She has been a complete life saver and created the fairytale wedding we dreamed of. Everything was perfect and she really took the stress out of wedding planning! Everyone kept commenting on how calm I was leading up to the wedding and that was only true because of how amazing Hewelin is. She is always contactable by email or whatsapp and responds very quickly to questions...no matter how last minute or demanding! She knows her suppliers well and all of them were absolutely perfect. I cannot speak more highly of her. She was a complete dream to work with and we would highly recommend her to anyone planning a wedding in Italy.

Hewelin was fabulous to work with. She understood my vision for the wedding and made it happen with ease. Her response rate through email was great, and communication with her went smoothly. On the wedding day she orchestrated the event with a cool and relaxed manner, making the experience completely stress free.

Hewelin is a great wedding planner. Has a great understanding of how to help UK/AU citizens legally marry in Italy. She understood all the elements that were important to us and helped bring our wedding to life. Planning a wedding from Sydney Australia in Italy was not easy and Hewelin helped us to bridge the gap.

Hewelin and Rebecca were exceptional. helping us to get married in Tuscany despite all the complications throughout the pandemic, we had to postpone a year but even through the ever changing rules, travel restrictions H+R were at hand every step of the way to answer any questions we had and we did it!

Hewelin was such an incredible wedding planner. She helped us organise a small legal ceremony in Lucignano with only 3 weeks notice (other planners had quoted 6 months). The day went ahead without a single issue (even during difficult Covid times)! She went above and beyond and we could not have been happier with her service!

Hewelin and her team are excellent. They made organising a wedding simple, even during a pandemic! she helped us source and manage suppliers when there was so much uncertainty. All our requests were dealt with promptly and professionally. On the day Hewelin and Rebecca ensured everything ran smoothly and nothing was too much trouble. Marry Me In Tuscany offers the most organized, creative, exceptional experience one could ever hope for (or dream of) in planning a wedding in Tuscany (Florence, Siena and anywhere in between). Hewelin's keen sense of knowledge and experience left us trusting she would cover it all. This was huge. She is a rare gem!

Thank you Hewelin and team for all your help in making our Tuscan wedding weekend come to life and making it a truly magical couple of days! Living in New Zealand we knew it might be a bit of a challenge organising it from a different time zone, especially as we hadn't even seen the venue we booked! However we trusted that it would all work out, and it did just that. Arriving 6 days before, some decisions were a little last minute but in that time you helped us so much with all your knowledge of the local area and local contacts, as well as accommodating our last minute wish of having the ceremony in the vineyard, needing a makeshift ice bath for all the Prosecco :-). Thank you so much for everything!
