Domus Lavinia

Un'esperienza da sogno. Gentilezza, cordialità, pulizia ordine e confort di qualsiasi tipo. Il punto è strategico e la vista è mozzafiato. Inoltre al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato una torta fatta in casa, frutta, pasta e riso. Il giorno dopo, ci hanno offerto ravioli fatti in casa con ricotta e spinaci, una leccornia per il nostro palato. Elio, la moglie ed Enzo sono stati sempre gentili e sempre disponibili per qualsiasi evenienza. La casa è tutta nuova e ha il posto auto gratuito ed in Costiera vale oro. E poi si trova in uno dei posti più belli d'Italia. Cosa si può volere di più.
Consiglio questa dimora strepitosa a tutti per una vacanza, ricca di relax e bei momenti.

I rate it three. Since the flight was canceled, we didn't receive a refund for the lost night.
We arrived late and because we asked Enzo to provide us with some food on arrival, all we had on the table was fresh lemons and crackers.
We were instead offered a restaurant, which was the only option for us at that time as public transportation was unavailable and we didn't yet have a bike rented.
It was a bit of a struggle to arrive and communication with Enzo was a bit difficult since he was busy working between our arrival and departure.
Having the flat facing the sea is nice, but the location isn't ideal.
Neither information about public transportation nor how to get to the center of Amalfi was given. We haven't been informed of the supermarket on our street having tickets for sale on the bus, even though the public bus didn't always have them available.
If you want to stop by the coast to see some sights, you don't want to rent a car since parking is hard. By the time Enzo tried to help us rent a bike, he discovered that the apartment we stayed at had a bike rental.
Despite the owner's efforts to help us find the most recommended places, we struggled with information at the beginning of our stay because we did not have any information about the area. Information about transport or bike rentals was not provided in detail even though they were 1 minute away from the apartment.
