Lovely restaurant with the most magical atmosphere and vibe in Niscemi. Ask for the vegan options of the day since they change their menu almost daily since they use only seasonal and fresh ingredients. The food was delicious, extremely fresh and crafted with the outmost care. The options were numerous, and I suggest to ask for the mixed starters plate to try all the different things they can offer, before getting to the mouthwatering pizza as main course, which had one of the most diverse and interesting toppings I have ever tried and was made with ancient grains flours which had distinctive flavours. More delightful of their food, there was only the kind and welcoming staff. Definitely recommended to stop here to get your sicilian vegan fix!

This was more than just eating a pizza. As a home cook I love to learn about different kitchens but I never ask the cheeky question like, "can I see the oven?" this time I did and they practically gave a ten minute workshop about their way of the pizza. Super lovely people, great pizza and I wish all the good things for them. You can sit inside and outside, drink, eat and be happy :)

Le materie prime utilizzate sono di eccezionale qualità e le varietà di impasti proposte fanno la differenza. La loro focaccia "complicata" è sicuramente la mia preferita. Super!

Locale molto bello, arredato con gusto. Ampio spazio esterno all'interno di un cortile. Forno a legno. Pizze , focaccia e calzoni buonissimi. Consigliato

Ottimo impasto antico ,di cui ho potuto gustare una delle migliori pizze del luogo,il tutto inserito in una bellissima location di stile anni '40 '50 "vintage";consiglio vivamente questa pizzeria!!!

Pizza da favola, I proprietari sorridenti, gentilissimi e pronti a soddisfare qualunque richiesta.
Faccio un grandissimo in bocca al lupo a questa giovane coppia ambiziosa che ha deciso di mettersi in gioco in un paesino dell'entroterra siciliano dal contesto non sempre facile e roseo.

Ottima pizzeria e focacceria con forno a legna, situato in un bel cortiletto del centro storico di Niscemi. La grande esperienza, tramandata dal padre, fa decisamente la differenza ed è un posto ideale per poter mangiare in compagnia, in gruppo o per prendere qualcosa da asporto

Wir wollten abseits von Touristenhochburgen gut und einfach essen und wurden nicht enttäuscht. Gute Speisen, tolle Atmosphäre, freundliches Personal bei fairen Preisen. Ganz klare Empfehlung!
