This is only a review for the hotel's restaurant.

Amazing food and service. We were so happy with our dinner and it is easily among the top food experiences we had in Italy. The food here is more home style, nothing fancy but rich and extremly flavorful. Highly recommended the cold cuts and the stuffed cannenolli. Simply divine! Service was warm and attentive.

I have stayed here twice and I love it every time!! The views around the hotel are spectacular and the people here are welcoming!

We had an incredible meal here. We don’t frequent hotel restaurants but we liked the menu and heard good things about it.

Unfortunately, we were not able to sit out on their magnificent terrace as it was too cold and windy. The inside is very nice though.

Vera served us and she is a wonderful and friendly lady. She made us feel like family. And the food is absolutely excellent. Their minestrone is one of the best we have had as is their Carbonara and their pasta with fantastic lemon and bacon. Absolutely divine.

Wine list is very good as is their prices. We highly recommend it.

This restaurant offered the best meal I had during my four days in Assisi, even compared to Rome! The road up to this place is steep and can be a challenge, but it is certainly worth the trouble. Once you are there, you have the most magnificent view over the city and the valleys below - it is stunning, I promise. No further comments on the food, it is as close to divine as it can possibly be. Go for it!

This is a lovely place to stay in a quiet location at the top of the town. Rooms have everything you need and as it's family-run, the staff cannot do enough to help you.

I only attended at the restaurant but the food was great. Typical cuisine and good prices. Lovely staff!

Storico hotel nelle mura antiche di Assisi. La gestione a carattere familiare mette l'ospite a proprio agio come se fosse a casa sua. La struttura ha i comfort tipici di un hotel a tre stelle ma la posizione nel centro storico della città e la cucina buonissima e con ingredienti di prima scelta ne fanno i punti forti.
I prezzi non sono altissimi per camera e vitto.
Il menù è vario e valido.
Camere pulite e biancheria cambiata ogni giorno.
Consigliato vivamente.

Posizione top per una bella visita di Assisi.

Complimenti al signor Benito e famiglia per la cortesia e disponibilità mostrateci. Hotel tranquillo in posizione ideale. Ristorante eccellente dove si mangiano ottimi piatti locali umbri (da provare gli strangozzi alla norcina con tartufo e porcini). Un plauso allo chef Mustafa e a tutto lo staff di sala. Mi sono sentito in famiglia. Prezzi super onesti.

Es ist nicht alles perfekt, aber dennoch top. Sehr entgegenkommend, sehr gutes und mehr als ausreichendes Essen (jene, die Wiener Schnitzel oder sonstige Verpflegung wie in Österreich erwarten, sollten generell nicht nach Italien fahren 😉), sehr guter Ausgangspunkt für alle zu besuchenden Ziele in Assisi,...
Ja, die Duschen sind gewöhnungsbedürftig, aber alles andere überwiegt. Mit dem Personal kann gemütlich geplaudert und gelacht werden und das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis ist sehr gut.
Werde mit der nächsten Pilgergruppe in wenigen Wochen erneut hier sein.
