Poderi Borselli

As someone who never writes a review, I want to make an exception for Poderi Borselli since this place is a must visit!

We visited the winery with a group of 9 friends and had the best experience. We’ve spent the afternoon on their terrace overlooking their magnificent vineyard, listening to the history of PB while tasting their exceptional wines, olive oil and “prodotti tipici“. The thing about this winery is that Valentina and Davide give you a very welcoming feeling, doing their uttermost best to make you feel comfortable and at ease. They sat down together with us and we ended up talking for hours, it was so nice! We went home completely fulfilled and agreed on the fact that this is not the typical winery visit, but one with a personal touch with no strings attached.

You’ll taste natural wines with an amazingly delicate blend that gives a distinctive flavour. The same goes for the olive oil of high quality. We all ended up buying some bottles of wine and olive oil to take back to Belgium and recommend everybody to visit this place and experience a family tradition that puts in the right amount of passion and perseverance.

We visited yesterday with our family the orchard and pressing facility. The owner gave us a small tour of the pressing plant. After a small tasting we brought home some amazing olio and wine.

The products are fantastic. We bought a box of the new naturally produced vermentino and some oil. The owner was really nice, helpful and patient. It was a real treat to get to see the machinery and process to make the oil. And to realise that the entire production process is zero emission!

We gave a quick call before heading over to make an appointment. All went very easily.

Looking forward to our next visit when the restaurant is open. It looked like some serious good food is prepared there!!!

Maura and her family are incredible hosts, with delicious food and wine from the land the restaurant rests on. So many good meals were shared in this place!

Flavour of Tuscany countryside

Luogo da sogno. Immerso nella Conca d'Oro con oliveto e vigneto biologici. Azienda agricola gestita da Davide autonoma ed ecosostenibile nella gestione. Olio e vino di assoluta qualità con una produzione non industriale. Ristorante con prodotti del luogo. Assolutamente da non perdere durante visite e soggiorni in Toscana.

Ottimo ristorante con prodotti biologici annesso ad un frantoio, cacio dell’amiata, vino ed olio bio, cacciagione, salumi e formaggi cucina Fausto Borselli, circa 3000 olive in colline stupende,

Bellissimo agriturismo nei pressi del Monte Amiata, ottimo cibo, produzione di olio e vino biologico di alta qualità. Produzione a ridotto impatto ambientale da fonti rinnovabili. Un esempio di eccellenza per il territorio maremmano. Consigliatissimo!

Il posto è molto bello, producono olio e vino si trovano nella conca d'oro di Montegiovi. Consigliato!

Ottima visita all’oleificio biologico con spiegazione di 1 ora da parte di Davide, molto interessante anche per i bambini. E che dire… olio di ottima qualità

Un frantoio tecnologicamente avanzato, ovviamente Bio.
Davide, il titolare, è persona affabile, di poche parole, ma vero professionista che cerca di mantenere inalterata la tradizione di famiglia dalle "contaminazioni" esterne.
Tratta le olive come se fossero delle "gemme rare" e il risultato si vede........qualità oltre l'eccellenza, pluri-premiato da anni !

Nettes Restaurant mit leckeren Essen und vorallem der Preis ist unschlagbar. Zudem sollte man sich mit Wein und Olivenöl eindecken. Beides sehr gut!

Toller Abend mit einer herzlichen Gastgeberin. Das Restaurant, das Olivenöl und der Wein sind absolut empfehlenswert. Geheimtipp? Geheimtipp!

Unglaubliches Restaurant.....das sind Orte die alle immer als Geheimtipp anpreisen!!
Hier ist man in allen belangen in Italien angekommen.
