Perfect small gym, especially given the limitations on space in central Siena. The staff are friendly and they have all the equipment one needs. They even have a small outdoor terrace available for workout activities. Also friendly to temporary visitors like me, with convenient daily and weekly rates.

Great gym, with a friendly owner. €10 day pass with everything you need for a gym. Had no problem getting in despite my limited Italian and owner was very accommodating. Recommend it if you are visiting

A bit old style but enough space good machines. Not very crowded. Nice people. The way a gym should be. I go early morning when there is literally no one so that's an additional advantage. :)

Palestra sita in centro, oltre la sala pesi c'è la possibilità di seguire diversi corsi. Il personale è sempre disponibile e cortese

Palestra tutto sommato attrezata bene sia per esercizi cardio che corpo libero(e non), varia scelta di corsi, prezzo buono e miglior proprietario di sempre.(FRANCO FOR LIFE)
