Al Gusto la cucina di Corrado

My girlfriend and I have been in Italy for a week, and this meal has so far been our favorite. Someone else’s review stated it was a hidden gem, and it’s true. Scallop burrata and peach starter. Tagliatelle with zucchini and Culatello. Homemade bread. We stopped just short of licking our plates. It’s Corrado in the kitchen firing up every dish. And our server was extremely sweet and attentive. A true joy of a meal.

Such good food! If you like proper Italian delicious meals as they should be, definitely pay this place a visit. Only about 9 tables, so on busy evenings make sure you have a reservation.
Friendly staff, master chef and super friendly atmosphere. Definitely a must-return place when we are next in Trento.

It’s a hidden gem! Small family restaurant which serves familiar dishes but cooked in a unique way. We are a couple spoiled with a really good food and this place made us really happy! And the prices are unexpectedly low. Don’t miss this place! On the photos are octopus salad, gazpacho soup and vitello tonato.

This is what Italian food is suppose to be like. Simply amazing!

Amazing! Amazing! Amazing! Great local restaurant, off the beaten path from the city center. Small and quaint with only 9 tables, so make a reservation or go early enough to grab a table. Everything is made to order, literally as it is an open concept kitchen. There is one chef making your dinner and you can watch as he prepares each order. The food is decadent and fresh. Great portions and easily sharable plates, you will leave full and satisfied. An absolute must if you are in Trento.

If you are in Trento this is must have to visit. Place is not big but has amazing atmosphere and vibe. Chef has an idea for every meal. We ordered appetizers, first meal and desert and everything was delicious! It is important to emphasis that not only food is delicious but you will experience very good service. Go there and enjoy!!!

A fabulous place! Small, intimate, cozy but not kitsch. The cook is not only very good, using fresh and high quality product, he's also very friendly and helpful to complete strangers. Us, in this case, looking for a place to stay. He went out if his way to find a place.
But the real revelation was his food. Go there and try, you'll see...

Lovely small place (up to ~30 guests) with an open kitchen, a very nice atmosphere, and really delicious dishes (even for the already high Italian standards). The waiter also spoke english (which was helpful to me) and did a great job. I had a very enjoyable dinner.

Very nice restaurant with a friendly, local feel where the chef/owner is cooking in an open kitchen. Some interesting choices and flavours, not all worked as well as others, but nice to be taken on an adventure by a restaurant that obviously cares.

I went to this restaurant because we wanted to eat before watching a movie in a nearby cinema.
Checked google for what seemed to be a good restaurant but I was not prepared for this one.

I have the chance to have traveled the world and consider myself a foodie, wasn't looking for a gastronomic experience when i stumbled upon this beautiful little restaurant but i found it.

Incredible experience, local and fresh products assembled masterfully by the chef, who often changes his menu and will surprise you with his combinations and execution.

This is the type of restaurant that makes you want to travel to Trento or, in my case, to move for as long as possible to have many more opportunities to eat his dishes.

The staff is super accommodating and i suggest you go on an empty stomach and without a rush so you can have the full experience.

Great job, and i wish you to get a Michelin star soon! Keep it going

Il proprietario è super accogliente. La location molto curata ed il cubo ottimo. Consiglio il posto anche a chi è di passaggio, così da poter assaggiare i piatti tipici del luogo. 😋

Locale accogliente e dall’atmosfera calda e famigliare.
Cucina a vista piccola ma ben organizzata dove si può vedere il proprietario/chef all’opera.
La ragazza che serve i tavoli è stata molto accogliente e preparata.
I tempi di attesa sono stati brevi e i piatti tipici erano abbondanti e gustosi.
Torneremo sicuramente!

Anche questa volta mi sono trovato divinamente! Il ragazzo Samuel che serve i commendali è molto gentile, umile e disponibile. Corrado invece non si smentisce mai, cucina sempre pulita, ottima ed anche innovativa!

Cameriere gwntilissimo. Appena arriva oltre al pane ci hanno portato un piccolo antipasto a base si formaggio e broccoli. Ottimi i primi (calamarata al curry e tacchino e pasta di patate cotta nel teroldego e fonduta di trentingrana veramente ottima.
Di secodo alette di pollo piccanti ma forse avremmo potuto provare qualcoa altro. Mezzq di vino della casa per un totale di 50 wu acuo il titolare e chef ha scontato 3 euro. Veramnte una bella esperienza. Loca arredato stile baita molto accogliente.

Che bel localino complimenti a Corrado e tutto lo staff , io e mie figlie abbiamo pranzato veramente bene , in un locale accogliente caldo e tranquillo , i piatti tutti buoni che dire , e anche il servizio ottimo ! Siciuramwnte se torno a Trento ci torneró , e anche a pochi passi dal centro ,

Ambiente molto raccolto (unica piccola pecca, se capita una tavolata rumorosa) e decisamente accogliente. Il ragazzo in sala molto cordiale, paziente e professionale, dai modi davvero squisiti. Cibo ottimo. Il riso con la melagrana davvero sorprendente. Nel complesso una splendida cena!

Locale piccolo e molto accogliente, all’ingresso ti accoglie un fragrante profumo di pane fatto in casa. Cucina a vista, varietà di proposte dall’antipasto al dolce con abbinamenti originali e squisiti degli ingredienti. Personale gentile, piena disponibilità a modificare i piatti per qualsiasi esigenza. Ottimo rapporto qualità- prezzo. Da provare!
