Hotel Olimpo

The hotel is located on a hill. It has a very unique look and can be noticed from very far away. Hotel Olimpo is the upoer hotel that you can get to with the funicular.

This might be the hotel with the best views in the Taormina area. The view is second to none. On one side you have the Aeolian sea and on the other side you see beautiful mountains.

Food is decent. Lots of options for lunch and dinner. Breakfast is rather limited. The pasta chef is really good.

Front desk staff are nice and helpful. Lorenzo mamaged to solve whatever issues i had during my weeklong stay.

Location is great too. There's a bud stop right underneath the hotel. Taormina is only a 10 minute bus ride away. The beach is a 5 min walk away.

Overall it was an excellent stay. I'd love to go back some day

Huge room, separate living area and small dressing area. Updated decor would be a bonus to the hotel. Situated on a hillside, beautiful views. Large selection of amenities within and nearby. Most staff friendly and willing to take time, a few more grumpy and uninterested. Evening entertainment provided.

Lovely view, friendly staff, basic breakfast, good buffet, lovely pool area. Lovely girl dancers.
Loved the lift down to Letojanni beach. Not alot of restaurants in the area but nice quite view to nature.
Gardini Naxos is not to far away from Letojanni where there are more food places to choose from.

Best to rent a small car to commute from the hotel to other cities.

We were amazed this hotel is fantastic the staff are brilliant nothing is too much trouble the location is a bit out of the way but the views are stunning first thing in the morning and last thing at night. The food is lovely especially as its a buffet I would recommend half board as nearest restaurants are a it of a trot away and the bus service, while we stayed only runs until 9 and a taxi would cost from Taormina about €20/€25 so we've been told. I will definitely return to this hotel.

Twinned with the Anrares hotel. We had a good time. Two outdoor pools and one indoor. Free use of jacuzzi and gym. Food was good and within easy reach of Taormina (you must visit). Catch bus at ground level outside hotel. Only dissapointment was the beach. Bit pebbly and gets deep quickly. No free wifi. But, plenty of activities for kids and adults. Good bar atmosphere and chance to get some dancing in. All in all we had a good time. Staff really friendly and selection of inclusive drinks was good.

Top location, eat and drink are perfect, facilities of the hotel are good, the entertainments are good.... The only thing is not so pefect is the rooms are a little too old.

Had a really enjoyable week here, loved the cable car and great access to Letajanni and bus and train network, also its only €0.80 per night tourist tax. Main buffet restaurant food was nice but the star in the patio pool restaurant.

The room is very spacious and clean. It is about 10 minutes walk to the beach, restaurants and bars. Toarmina is about 20 minutes bus ride away.

I have been visiting Letojanni for 10 years and have never been disappointed by this hotel, its staff or its services. Its the end of November over 18 degrees....life looks fab from here.
