Villa Francini del Prete in Fazzano is an amazing place! The building is part of a small village that has a authentic Italian vibe to it. It is surrounded by green hills; a very serene environment. Perfect for recharging your batteries, practicing yoga and relaxing. The villa itself is equipped with everything you might need during a stay. Highly recommend!

My family and I (husband, 7 y/o & 4 y/o) cannot recommend this wonderful country villa more highly! All the beauty, peace & authenticity of true rural Italy, with the convenience of being only 1.5 hours from Pisa (we flew from Heathrow) and a 10 min drive to the local Carrefore Express.
Kathryn is always on-hand without being intrusive - a thoughtful & knowledgeable host with very high standards: picture White Company bed-linen, organic toiletries, fluffy towels, hairdryer & bathrobes provided as standard.
We arrived late at night - relieved to find a fridge full of fresh groceries and wine, as well as a well-stocked pantry which included local honey from the Hamlet's bees, and rather too easily drinkable wine from the next village!
If you're looking to de-stress and experience the real rural Italy away from tourists, whilst still being close enough to places of interest for the odd day out (we visited local caves and the Cinque Terre) but also want comfort and quality, then this is the place for you.
We are already planning our next visit to this very special place.
