Terzo Tempo Cocktail Lab

We had some cocktails here last night. Fun, comfy, retro seating areas outside under an awning and they quickly moved us in when it started to rain. Great service and good drinks.

Nice hip bar with indoor and outside seating. Not touristy at all. The locals hang out here which is fun to see.

Great drinks. We got a Xixe (mezcal drink), a drink with passion fruit, a Negroni and an two amaros. All great.

We ordered the aperitif box which had four types of meat, four types of cheese, bread, sun dried tomatoes, delish olives and tiny pears. All great. The guys were very nice and helpful. Come check it out!

Perfect cocktails in an ideal spot! We visited Terzo Tempo twice - the first time for a drink and the second time for drinks and the vegan aperitivo. Both visits were excellent. The staff were super friendly and knowledgeable about the different spirits available. The prices are very reasonable and the vegan aperitivo was delicious (and a nice change from the cheese/bread heavy offerings elsewhere). The vibe inside is super cosy and they always play good music. Pay them a visit, you won't be disappointed!!

Terzo Tempo Cocktail Lab is THE best place in Palermo. Surrounded by many restaurants, this is the perfect stop before or after dinner, or maybe both! Gorgeous ancient architectural interior with a few cozy seats or enjoy the great weather by sitting outdoors. Run by a fabulously friendly and stylish family, we headed here a few times during our stay in Palermo. Make sure you try the Jefferson Amaro, one of the best I've ever tasted. We are back in Brooklyn and wishing Terzo Tempo Cocktail Lab was still just around the corner! Please say hello is Anna and her family for us!

Lovely drinks, in a very cosy environment. The style of the bar is pleasant, good music, friendly staff! Good gin and tonic drinks. It’s owned by two siblings who where so friendly and service minded!!!

An oasis of civility! Having arrived in Palermo late, we first dipped into this place as it was open, and around the corner from our AirBnB. It was love at first sip. We came back every night of the trip, and were always made to feel exceptionally welcome (including getting a slice of the owner's daughter's birthday cake one evening). Great service, great wine and snacks, great location. A reason to come back to Palermo soon!
