A Mano Wine

One of the very best experiences we have had in Puglia—or anywhere, really—must be our visit to A Mano Winery’s headquarters in the charming town of Noci. From the very first greeting to our last sip of wine, every aspect of this curated wine tasting reflects the passion, professionalism and gracious warmth of its owners and their exceptional staff.

The tasting experience, which can be accompanied by delicious local treats designed to showcase the depth and flavor of A Mano’s wines, is so much more than an in-depth tour through the winery’s extensive lines. We always learn something new about this region’s culture, its winemaking traditions, new approaches and innovations and the ways each individual varietal is influenced by its terroir. Best of all, we learn how A Mano’s proprietors’ individual stories and collective history have shaped the development of the label—a story filled with heart and soul that adds so much to the finished wines.

There is something for everyone in this tasting experience. Obviously, the wines are superb and are available for purchase on the spot. We found we could even have A Mano ship our purchased wines back to the U.S. for us, which was a delightful surprise. Again, the professionalism here is first rate, but the warmth and joy exhibited by A Mano’s lovely owners and staff made our time there truly extraordinary.

We had the luck to be around Noci and we immediately contact Vito to organise a tasting for us, it was a special experience especially because who Better than Elvezia could guide us through the full experience..
Always a pleasure to listen to people that are extremely passionate and proud of what they do! Focaccia, taralli and local cheeses were the perfect combo though the tasting!

Wir kamen spontan zum Haus von A Mano Wine und nach einer herzlichen Begrüßung durften wir die Geschichte ihres Weinbaus hören und natürlich den Wein probieren. Was für ein Genuss! Wir können das Winetasting sowie die Weine sehr empfehlen!

..sehr versteckter Palazzo in Noci, aber gefunden..Elvezia hat uns sehr nett begrüßt und viel zur Ihrer und Marcs Geschichte erzählt. Die Snacks waren lecker. Zu jedem Wein gab es eine Einführung und zum Schluss noch ein Extra von Ihrem und auch meinem Favoriten, dem Primitivo Rose. Gelungener Nachmittag, unbedingt zu empfehlen, vorher reservieren!

Visitato questa estate. Ottima esperienza. Degustazione di 5 vini strepitosa,grazie a Vito e Elvezia per il racconto del processo vinicolo e di tutto ciò che è A Mano che ci ha permesso di vivere i vs prodotti intensamente. Il rosato una vera scoperta. Bravi !!!

Vini ottimi, ne aprezzo molto la pulizia e la schiettezza. Ho gradito tutta la linea, prima mano eccezionali. Se siete in zona non perdete l'occasione per una degustazione presso la loro sede!
