Il Convivio dei Corsi Ristorante- Raggiolo

We have been to this wonderful restaurant several times over the years during our stays in Raggiolo. When we arrived this time, we discovered a new ownership. Two brothers with family ties to the village are at the helm since June. What an amazing discovery! A warm welcome and an incredible menu, audacious, inventive and delicious with a total respect of the high quality products used. Can't wait to go back! Marco was an absolutely fantastic host and his brother a fantastic chef. The food and the service was excellent and good portions. Marco was extremely helpful and could not do enough for us, we'd highly recommend this establishment!

Fantastic food in a beautiful, rustic setting. Raggiolo is definitely worth a visit, and you have to stop here. The lunch menu is perfect and very reasonably priced. But the friendly and sociable owners, two brothers from the area, are the cherry on the cake.

A little gem of a restaurant in the beautiful town of Raggiolo! Everything from starters to dessert (Pavlova 2.0 - YUM!) was incredibly tasty with high quality produce. Made with love ✨ can’t wait to go back

Fantastic service! Annalisa was super professional, described menu and helped to select the wine. Nice compliments from chef and welcome drink. The food was delicious - we enjoyed every bit! The town is amazing - if you are around you should definitely visit this place!

Wonderful scenery, amazing food and superb hospitality. We went for dinner and right from the reservation we were treated absolutely wonderful. You can simply feel the love and care Lorenzo, Andrea, and their staff put in all the food. Lorenzo is also an amazing host. It's experimental but with great respect and love for the ingredients and tradition. The best of fine dining mixed with the best of traditional Italian hospitality plus a bit of a modern twist. Would give 6 stars if I could. Absolute must when in the region.
Top tip: Cacio e Pepe. Just try it.

The best asparagus risotto, coniglio tonno del Casentino, and pollo mattone ever … a beautiful atmosphere with passionate and talented young owner brothers, Andrea and Lorenzo. I went 2x a week apart and was blown away both times. Tiny Raggiolo is a jewel in the Casentino region and these boys will help put it on the map.

What a discovery! Fabulous Italian cuisine at it's finest. Lorenzo is a fantastic host, his brother Andrea is the chef who surprises you with amazingly tasteful dishes.
From starters to coffee every dish is served with care and smile. Don't visit only the village of Raggiolo but also stop at this wonderful place.

Il Convivio was recommended to us by our Airbnb host and did not disappoint - Lorenzo and his team were lovely and attentive, and the food was incredible. Definitely one of the dinners we remember from our trip!

Ristorante gourmet. Prezzi superiori alla media casentinese, ma si tratta di una ristorazione di eccellente maestria. Servizio attento e cordiale. Ottima qualità dei prodotti, rivedrei la quantità delle porzioni dei primi. Da consigliare dopo una gita in paese. Accurata carta dei vini.

Dopo la riapertura, sono stato con la mia famiglia in questo ristorante. È immerso in un borgo bellissimo che vale la pena di visitare. Antonio, che ha preso la nuova gestione del locale mette il cuore in quello che prepara. Ottimi piatti in un luogo veramente bellissimo. Da provare.
