Bar Del Corso

This small shop serves wonderful coffee and breakfast. I do not speak Italian, and as mentioned in a previous post, the owner doesn't speak English. It doesn't matter because she will make you feel welcome either way.

Charming family-run bar with reasonable prices. They made me feel very welcome when visiting Bologna.

This bar is tiny. I walked in and found it full of locals talking, joking, laughing and having a great time.

I don't speak Italian and they didn't speak English, but they were as warm, polite and inviting as you can possibly expect a human to be. I didn't know them or their language, but they still made me feel like a guest they were happy to have, and not an outsider intruding on their evening.

Can't recommend enough.
