Sometimes it just all clicks! The kindness and attentiveness of the waiters, the location,the atmosphere and oh the amazing food!! For us it all clicked at Ristorante Sottosopra!!❤ It was the best dinner we had at Procida it was one of the best meals we had in our life!!I This dinner we will always remember!! and you should also definitely visit this place!! Try their Lemon Pasta with Anchovis and Tuna with Burrata and caramelized Onions❤

Wonderful place. We arrived in Procida around 2:00 and checked into our room and were a little worried that restaurants for pranzo would be closed. But this great place is open until 3:30. And the food is delicious. And it is very friendly. We went back again the following day. Coniglio, fried anchovies, lemon and anchovy pasta, gnocchi… all recommended. And good Prosecco and an excellent half bottle of 2015 Chianti. Very reasonable price.

To be honest walking past I wouldn’t have stopped however a local told us to try it. I can honestly say the polpette were the best I have ever had in my life, unbelievably amazing. We ended up going for lunch and dinner on the same day as Saturdays in Prochida can be hard to get a booking. The staff were all very nice. My dinner mates had the rabbit and the ravioli and they were equally as happy. The food was so good I forgot to take photos. Would highly recommend.

Amazing! Everything we had was made with the freshest ingredients and with love.
I had the most amazing dessert: "delicioso de mandarina" I think it was called. A creamy dessert with mandarin jam made by the owner from their own mandarines grown on the island.

Excellent food! You won’t regret it. Try the spaghetti with Clams and mussels. Also the octopus salad is amazing. So far the best food I tried in Napoli.

Had lunch here yesterday and loved it! Very nice atmosphere and wonderful food! Had the bruschetta and eggplant parmigiana and it was just perfect.

Fresh quality ingredients, all the traditional dishes done with simplicity but care, you can tell the hands in the kitchen carry a lot of expertise.

Service was friendly and helpful and the food was served fast enough. Since it's a little bit on the side of the tourist route you do get to eat with a little bit of peace and quiet and enjoy the breeze if you're outside. A very well deserved 5/5.

We loved our dinner in Ristorante Sottosopra. The people were very welcoming and the atmosphere was very friendly. The food were delicious, very typical and the portion were generous compared to the other restaurant we did. The presentation in the plate was also great. It was our favourite restaurant in this island !

We had a fantastic dinner here, the fresh fish and pasta were sublime. They catered for gluten free and we received excellent service from Martina and Francesco.

Wonderful place close to the Marina. We went there in a group of seven, all the various appetizers and main courses were excellent and very nicely arranged! The cook knows how to cook traditional dishes like the coniglio and melanzane as well as a superbe fish tartare.

The view from the island provides amazing ambiance. The food looks and tastes lovely. The combination of flavors per dish can surprise you. Most of what I ordered was seafood and there's no doubt any other seafood item would be great. The waiters/waitresses are also really nice.

You must try the lemon cream pasta!!! The stuffed squid was also tasty. Lovely views over the harbour, especially at sunset. Amazingly helpful waiter - Francesco - who spoke great English and explained all the dishes to us, and even ordered a taxi for us at the end of the evening. Would definitely come back, time permitting. Grazie mille!

We had so many things because the menu was so tempting and everything we ordered was delicious and we'll presented. My children loved the fish and the pasta they did specifically for them and my daughter loved the waitresses! They have been so kind and playful with her, really appreciated. We would like to thank the staff of this place for the atmosphere of friendship and caring and for the experience..we also had the "coniglio alla Procidana" made in the very best traditional way, grilled fresh fish juicy and tasty, desserts. Very much recommend 🌹
