PESSIMO SERVIZIO POST VENDITA: la prima settimana di Luglio 2019 (o giù di lì) ho lasciato in negozio un beads della linea Trollbeads perchè apertosi in due. Siamo a metà Novembre, dopo un primo invito ad attendere Settembre e dopo numerosi solleciti telefonici, e di questo riconoscimento garanzia non c'è ancora traccia.
