Definitely an authentic Altamura bakery. So many items to recommend. Besides their bread, on which the owner Beppe provided a very thorough explanation and description, their focaccia makes for a perfect snack. Don't miss the Castagnelle (nut cookies) and Fagottini (sour or sweet cherry).
