A truly five star spa experience in Milan. Attentive staff from Carlotta who organized our massages to Francesca who relieved a lot of travel stress with an energizing massage. Pristine facilities including pool, steam room, and comfortable locker rooms.

The Spa has a really relaxing atmosphere and let's you escape the stressful city life. The massages are great and the ice facial was amazing.

This review is for the wonderful attention and service by Rosario at the hair salon. I had a hair emergency and he was kind enough to take me in last minute. He was very kind and welcoming. I have lot of hair and most stylists cringe when they see me, but Rosario did not mind, he was glad to take me in and was perfectly capable to work with my hair. My hair was silky smooth when he finished, I loved the products he used and I could not have been any happier with the results. I 100% recommend him and will definitely return to see him when I am back in Milano. The front desk staff were all wonderful as well. Thank you!
