Frutti di mare da Giovanni

I liked this place. I had been here once before a few years ago, and made an effort to return. Happy I did. Great seafood salad to start, busciatte with sardines afterwards, wife had spaghetti vongole. All were great. Great carrucate white wine from Camporeale for a very reasonable price.

I tried this restaurant at lunch time
My dish was the “raviolini di cernia “ very tasty and great price , my hubby tried the octopus 🐙 he loved it . The house wine 🍷 is good . Service was great and fast . Parking is easy just next to a beautiful sea view . We will be back .

You will find nothing other than fish here. That being said, the prepation is great. Had some fine mussels and tuna here. If you like fish or seafood, then you'll like this restaurant. You might have to be make a reservation, it can get quite busy. We saw several people being turned away due to being fully booked.

Good prices, great service, and amazing seafood. The menu could use fries or other sidedishes to eat along with the main dish. We had to wait a while for our food, however were offered a free plate of mussels while we waited. Overall, would highly recommend eating here.

Great seafood with superb value for money (dishes around 9-14€; 1 l house wine 7€). Nice owner, with English language skills. Sit outside for a nice view on the sunset over the ocean.

Anyone who comes to Balestrate, you must come here! Please try the zuppa fantasia,which is a bowl of different kind of seafood, is the MUST-HAVE in the house! I’m sure you would LOVE it!

This is one of our favourite restaurants in Balestrate. It doesn't look luxury, but servers genuine, fresh seafood. Good value for money.
