Farmhouse Ca 'del Re

One of my favorite hotels in the world! Nice, comfortable rooms and a beautiful and delicious restaurant. The grassy and tree-shaded courtyard is great for relaxing and an afternoon aperitif.

Everything was excellent! From the staff to the wine (of course) including the room and the very nice breakfast. We will come back for sure. Verduro is also worth a visit.

I'm rating the restaurant (we didn't not stay in the agriturismo).
We had dinner twice and these were probably the best we had during our stay in Piemonte.
Extremely friendly and well-skilled staff, regional cuisine at very high level, wines from their own winery and others from the region. Reasonable prices. Lovely seating in the garden under the trees.
A must visit when you are in the Barolo region!

Another amazing dinner!

We first had dinner here back in September while on vacation in Langhe for a little over one week, and it was one of our favorite meals during our stay in Langhe. We returned to Langhe the beginning of June, and dined here again for another exceptional meal. The food offers a creative interpretation of the classic dishes of Langhe, presented beautifully, with exceptional taste. We loved every dish that we ordered. We sat outside in their beautiful courtyard under an extremely old cherry tree, which was visually stunning. We even got to pick some cherries, which we enjoyed alongside our dessert. The inside of the restaurant, which was already beautiful when we visited in September, was recently renovated, and is now even more beautiful. Grazie mille Ca del Re for another amazing meal. The service and the chef here are absolutely incredible. We will be back very soon.

A little gem in Verduno. Service was amazing, food was excellent. They had both traditional cuisines and seasonal dishes and desserts were top class. Highly recommended.

Great place to stay and to eat. Here you eat truffles and drink wine at close to market price. The castello de verduno make a great barolo and barbaresco. Very nice people. Highly Recommended

This was clearly one of the highlights of our trip to the Piemont. We were seated in a beautiful garden, under a cherry-tree, and tasted the great food (try the pork-cheeks!!! but the starters are also awesome) and wine.

The food is definitely great value for money.

Beautiful and restful agriturismo b&b in the heart of langhe and roero. The dinner menu is rich of traditional plates revisited in a current style, but some are not convincingly.
The breakfast is amazing: tasteful fruits, good bread, homemade jam, delicious cakes.
There's a little swimming pool with hydromassage which is perfect for relaxing.

Great agriturismo! Awesome restaurant to have dinner and lunch during the weekend. Great location! Friendly owner and staff. Also very helpful people with tips on what to do in the neighborhood.

If you are in Piemont this is a must to go to have dinner. Very good food 😋 and beautiful wines 😍 for a fair price.

Abbiamo cenato io e mia moglie, la sera nel turno delle 19:30, ci hanno accolti molto allegramente, ci hanno custodito le giacche e fatto scegliere il tavolo, visto che eravamo i primi.

L’ambiente è proprio accogliente e luminoso, abbiamo scelto subito un calice di vino bianco mosso e ci hanno consigliato una bolliicina del luogo, ci hanno portato un entré di vitello con maionese al prezzemolo, una specie di crocchetta di carne fritta servita in una ciotola di ceci 😊, abbiamo poi scelto vari piatti, il carciofo con la fonduta l’uovo, molto buono e delicato.
Le alici fritte ripiene di salsa verde con una dadolata di verdure molto fresca e puré di patata, un piatto spaziale!
Di primo abbiamo scelto il risotto di cavolo con la salsiccia, a mia moglie è piaciuto molto, il però ho davvero apprezzato i tagliolini con i fegatini di coniglio, davvero saporiti e sugosi, hanno grattugiato loro il parmigiano al tavolo.
Di secondo il coniglio arrostito con verdure, molto colorato e leggero.
Il cestino del pane ottimo davvero.
Da bere abbiamo proseguito con il vino che ci hanno offerto, appunto molto azzeccato e acqua frizzante.

Credo di poter dire che è sicuramente sul podio tra i migliori posti in cui ho mangiato! Probabilmente è al primo posto!
Locale carino ed accogliente in una bella location (possibile anche dormirci, peccato averlo scoperto dopo). Personale gentile e disponibile (quasi tutto, magari un sorriso in più non ci starebbe male).
Menù con varie proposte di piatti tipici, a volte un po' rivisitati con successo.
Ottima carta dei vini con bottiglie per tutte le tasche.
La cena inizia bene con un apetizer offerto dalla casa: una specie di bignè/amaretto salato ripieno di robiola (buonissimo).
Abbiamo preso 2 antipasti (vitello tonnato e millefoglie di zucca, veramente eccezionali), 2 secondi (guancia di maiale e diaframma di vitello, assolutamente stupefacenti) e per dessert il tris di dolci tipici: bonet, torta di nocciole e panna cotta con riduzione di Verduno; sono amante del bonet ed apprezzo la torta di nocciole, ma dopo il primo assaggio mi sono lasciato la panna cotta per ultima perché era fenomenale l'abbinamento con la riduzione, ma tutti e tre i dolci erano buonissimi.
Sul conto finale vanno aggiunti una bottiglia d'acqua, una buona bottiglia di vino e due caffè, per una spesa procapite di circa 55€ che a mio parere sono assolutamente meritati e ben spesi.
Complimenti ed arrivederci a presto, sicuramente desideriamo ritornarci per assaporare qualche altra proposta!
