Lake Garda Resort

Lake Garda Resort was most accommodating, promptly offering wonderful rooms at very short notice. The staff are polite and welcoming. The rooms are beautiful and offer excellent views. The resort is in a good spot, peaceful but close enough to amenities. Wonderful breakfasts were provided. Such a great place to stay.

One of the best places I’ve every visit. So much to do and see. Plenty of day trips to famous places. Lots of walks and boat trips to be had. Plenty of eating place with the best ice cream. High season very busy and lots of cyclists. A lovely atmosphere about the place. Public transport very whether on water or land.

My partner and I visited two weeks ago. I have to say I would have only given this place a 4* which is rightly deserves. It’s in a gorgeous location accessible by car and walking. The facilities were great although as a Brit I would appreciate tea and/of coffee in the room, but not the end of the world with shops local. The room was great with everything you would need whilst being comfy and relaxed. The only reason I have given this place a 5* is because of the hostess Camila who went out of her way to make our final day as comfortable as possible with was also my partner and I’s birthday. Her customer service was fantastic. On a negative note it was disappointing the pool was closed whilst we were there. There wasn’t a warning on this and it did make us consider our decision. I feel if this is something known to the resort let people know when they book!

Lovely facility, nice pool, nice breakfast. Reception staff courteous. Recommended. Electric ⚡ car charge area. Close to supermarket area.

Appena arrivati siamo stati accolti con grande cordialità e tutte le informazioni necessarie per il nostro soggiorno. Struttura bellissima e di nuova gestione da Aprile di quest'anno. Tutto molto curato dalle stanze agli spazi in cui poter fare comodamente colazione ( all'aperto o in sala a seconda dei gusti), alla piscina, al giardino in cui potersi rilassare prendendo un aperitivo o conversando. Le camere hanno un terrazzino con possibilità di affaccio sulla piscina. Si tratta di monolocali curati e molto puliti forniti di frigorifero e del necessario per poter consumare un pasto comodamente Disponibile un ampio parcheggio. Soggiorno perfetto e che ripeterò appena possibile, per il Resort e per la bellezza dei dintorni. La posizione è ottima. Abbiamo apprezzato molto la gentilezza del personale, le attenzioni costanti verso la clientela. Assolutamente consigliato

Un soggiorno perfetto

La ricerca di un posto dove pernottare comporta sempre un rischio di valutazione; un rischio che ormai cerchiamo di ridurre affidandoci spesso alle recensioni. Questa volta mi sono voluta fidare delle foto e della lettura dei servizi e degli spazi offerti.
Arrivati in questo resort la prima piacevole accoglienza è data da un comodo parcheggio gratuito, la seconda è data dalla disponibilità e gentilezza alla reception. Da lì segue la scoperta più bella: una serie di monolocali (o al piano terra o al primo piano) tutti a cerchio e a far da cornice ad una bellissima piscina (è presente anche una piscina per in bimbi) circondata dal verde curatissimo e da varie aree con i tavolinetti. C’è la possibilità di chiedere da bere o di fare un aperitivo servito in piscina (naturalmente munita di sdraio). L’illuminazione serale rende rilassante e piacevole l’affaccio dal terrazzìno, attrezzato di tavolo e sedie, presente in ogni monolocale.
La colazione è buona e ricca (sia dolce che salata) e, tempo permettendo, è possibile consumarla all’aperto continuando a godere della gradevolissima visuale sulla piscina. Mi sono chiesta come fossero possibili certe recensioni negative che avevo letto. Sappiate che da poco è cambiata la gestione del Resort. Un posto che merita se cercate pulizia, tranquillità, comodità e un suggestivo contesto alla “Melrose Place”.

Ein schönes kleines Hotel in toller Lage. Die Mitarbeiter sind durchweg alle sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Unser Appartement war zweckmäßig ausgestattet und SAUBER :) Die Möbel waren teilweise etwas in die Jahre gekommen, das hatte allerdings seinen eigenen Charme und hat nicht gestört. Die Lage unserer Unterkunft war super. Es gab leichte Probleme mit dem warmen Wasser in der Dusche, hatten aber 2 Bäder, so dass das nicht schlimm war, weil im kleinen Bad alles einwandfrei funktionierte. Der WLAN Empfang war im Zimmer eher schlecht, jedoch gibt es ein super ausgebautes Mobilfunknetz, so dass das gut kompensiert werden konnte. Für Badesachen und Handtücher hat jedes Zimmer einen Wäscheständer, so kann man das Terrassenmöbel zum sitzen benutzen :) Das Frühstück war täglich gleich, wurde aber immer frisch nachgefüllt und man konnte gut essen. Die Getränke (Saft, Wasser, Kaffeegetränke etc) konnten selbst gewählt werden, was echt TOPP ist.
Der Außenbereich des Hotels ist sehr gepflegt, die Müllplätze werden täglich entleert. Es gibt genügend Liegen und Sonnenschirme am Pool und auch Getränke und kleine Snacks können ab mittags am kleinen Pavillon bestellt werden. Es gibt einen Kinderpool, was uns als Eltern eines noch Nichtschwimmers sehr wichtig war.
Wir bemängeln lediglich, dass ein Hotel, welches Appartements und Kinderpool anbietet und somit interessant für kleine Familien ist, KEINE Gerichte zum Abend für Kinder anbietet. Wenn man Pizza sucht, wird man enttäuscht. Ansonsten klang die Speisenauswahl der Abendmenüs sehr gut, konnte aber leider aus genannten Grund, nicht probiert werden. - Unser Fazit, ein tolles Hotel, welches wir sicher wieder besuchen werden

Due fantastici giorni trascorsi in un luogo bellissimo, curatissimo , speciale.
Colazione a buffet con addirittura salmone freschissimo.
Cena di 4 portate una migliore dell'altra.

Abbiamo scelto la struttura perché convenzionata con cofanetti wonderbox. Ottima scelta. Resort sorge in una zona tranquilla ed è dotato di camere e mini appartamenti. Abbiamo soggiornato in un mini appartamento dotato di ogni comfort. Acqua ne frigorifero x la notte tutto pulito e profumato.
Cena buona e cameriere super efficiente simpatico e cordiale.
Anche la ragazza alla Reception molto cordiale gentile e precisa. Colazione buona

المنتجع رائع جداً من حيث الخدمات والنظافة وكل شي وتعاملهم رائع جداً وشكر خاص للأخ المغربي عبدالحق على تعامله الرائع ومساعدته وباذن الله لي زيارة للمكان مرة اخرى

Ottima struttura, personale qualificato e attento alle esigenze degli ospiti. Ottima cucina con piatti particolari e ben servito. Ampio buffet per le colazioni. Piscina molto grande, moderna e. In sdraio e ombrelloni a disposizione gratuitamente.

Posto molto carino, con tantissimi piccoli appartamenti, pulito e personale moolto gentile. Noi siamo vegani e ci hanno preparato il menù vegano ogni sera (abbiamo chiamato prima per avvertire ovviamente). Era tutto davvero buono e ci siamo sentiti a nostro agio. La posizione anche ottima, a 10-20 minuti da tutti i posti più "famosi".

Siamo stati io e mia moglie tramite un pacchetto Regalbox, abbiamo soggiornato solo 1 notte con cena e colazione compreso. Struttura molto bella, tra l'altro essendo composta anche da appartamenti compresa di piccola cucina, è l'ideale per una vacanza godendo dei bellissimi posti che si trovano sul lago di Garda. Inoltre è presente anche una bella piscina. Personale molto gentile, cordiale e molto simpatico: a partire dal ricevimento per finire al personale addetto alla sala

De ruimte van de kamer verbaasde me. Wel is de keuken wat aan de kleine kant, eveneens de spullen die aanwezig zijn zijn karig.
Geen schaar, geen broodmes e.d. Ik miste ik een hoop dingen, maar ernaar gevraagd bij de receptie en de dag erna was het meteen geregeld.

Mooie locatie alleen de prijzen vh restaurant zijn te hoog voor wat je krijgt en drankjes poolbar ook te hoog de barman heel vriendelijk maar had weinig te doen. Bij het zwembad te veel ontbrekende en stukken tegels

Davvero una bella scoperta. Molto vicino a salò. Belle le camere, bella la piscina (c'è un bar), comodo il posteggio auto vicino alla camera.
