Il GrecAle

Superb from start to finish. I am a chef and when my family decided to meet for one evening in Italy before parting ways I made it a point to find a great restaurant. After reaching out to several restaurants in the area it quickly became apparent Il GrecAle was by far above and beyond when it came to service and making sure our visit was well received.

With the help of the owners and the staff we created a multi course dinner paired with incredible wines of the area. Every course was inventive and incredibly delicious. Why this restaurant does not have Michelin status is a true mystery and really a shame. The husband (chef) and wife (gm) combo have every aspect of fine dining covered while remaining warm and inviting. Dining is supposed to be fun, not stuffy and pretentious!

Rooms are very nice and have a rustic vibe with modern touches. The views are stunning and I really cannot recommend this establishment enough. Breakfast is included if you are staying on the property and is also great...even for a 18 month old.

Do not miss this amazing restaurant!

This place is amazing. The setting is breathtaking. The food is outstanding. The staff so nice and helpful and willing to explain things to us Americans. We had a great experience.

Fantastic place, best food and best view over the Langhe, so go there for lunch. Aperitivo on the new deck, dinner exceptional! They do amazing fish dishes, sometimes BBQ.
You can even book rooms there.

Real gem discovered by accident. Luckily. The food, the staff and overall atmosphere is just a-five-star experience! We tasted traditional ravioli and tajarin.

Fabulous meal, tremendous truffle menu with wonderful fushions of Japanese, Mexican, Italian and other flavors! Nice selection of Barolo wines.

Really liked the food here. A little gem in this small town. They had a baby chair and a nice view from the restaurant.

Ho soggiornato presso questa struttura domenica 18 febbraio.
Partiamo dalla location,veramente incantevole e molto curata,vista mozzafiato sulle Langhe.
Camera curata,elegante,pulita e ben riscaldata.
Ristorante molto bello e chef rinomato.
Colazione al tavolo con cibi dolci e salati,succhi,cappuccino e frutta fresca.
Particolare ringraziamento al personale molto gentile,disponibile e preparato.
La prossima volta torneremo in primavera x poter usufruire del loro bagno turco e vasca idromassaggio all'aperto con vista sulle Langhe.

Posizione molto tranquilla.Un posto magico affacciato sui vigneti.Le camere sono dotate di tutti i comfort.Ho patito un pochino il freddo appena sveglia perché la temperatura non era alta.I piatti che ho degustato parlano da soli.Ottimo servizio ci siamo trovati subito in empatia con il personale.C'e un menù che cambia settimanalmente oltre quello fisso che a sua volta cambia con le stagioni.In più c'è una lavagna con dei piatti in più che cambiano.

Ristorante bellissimo nelle Langhe con una vista pazzesca sulle colline, atmosfera rilassante, menù vasto con molte scelte di secondi di carne e pesce, servizio impeccabile e personale gentile, prezzo un po’ alto ma ne vale per la location e la qualità dei piatti. Lo consiglio!
