Villasubasiorelax

We have just returned from a wonderful stay (4 to 11 July 2017) in probably the most beautiful property we have rented in all the years we have travelled to Italy!
VillaSubasioRelax is situated 700 metres up the side of Mount Subasio above Spello in the Mount Subasio National Park. It benefits from spectacular views over the surrounding hills and valleys to the west and south. Set amongst shady trees this lovely property provides all the facilities that anyone could hope for a stay in the Umbrian countryside.
We arrived to be greeted by Barbara and Loris who couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. They showed us around the property which they had personally renovated to a high standard. All the rooms were light and airy and we were especially impressed by the 3 east-facing double bedrooms, all with access to balconies, morning sunshine and breathtaking views. The villa also has a double bunk bedroom and a convertible bed in the livingroom, although we had no personal need of these.
The pool area is fully tiled and is in full sun during the day, but in the evening it provides an ideal location for "sundowners" and stargazing. After the heat of the day, there is often a refreshing light breeze coming up from the valley floor which makes it a wonderful place to relax and chat. At the other end of the property is a nice shady area which includes a solid-wood table easily able to seat 10 people. Notwithstanding the daytime sunshine we were able to enjoy alfresco dining throughout the whole of our stay - often joined by the numerous local butterflies which were quite content to perch on our shoulders. During our stay this area also provided a play house and toddler's swing which our 18 month old granddaughter loved.
Barbara and Loris have only recently commenced to let the villa and we would heartily recommend it to anyone seeking a beautiful place to stay in an authentic part of Italy.

Beautiful house on the hill just above Spello

Bellissima esperienza! Abbiamo passato un weekend in questa fantastica villa, molto curata e pulita, con tutti i comfort e un esterno fantastico. La vista è bellissima e la posizione molto comoda vicina ai paesini ed ai servizi pur mantenendo la caratteristica di tranquillità e riservatezza. Barbara è stata gentilissima e molto disponibile 😊 un posto dove ritornare e che consiglierei molto☺

Siamo stati un weekend sei adulti e quattro bambini. La villa è bellissima, dotata di tutto quello che serve per poter soggiornare con comodità. La piscina è curatissima, così come la parte esterna della casa. Vista mozzafiato. Una nota particolare alla gentilezza di Barbara. Torneremo!!!!!

Luogo incantevole, immerso nel verde, ideale per le coppie ma anche per famiglie con bambini che come me non voglio disturbare i vicini. La villa è comprensiva di tutto, dalle cose necessarie a quelle superflue ma che fa piacere trovare. All'esterno c'è la piscina ed un barbecue, noi abbiamo usufruito piacevolmente di entrambi. Tutti gli ambienti super puliti, cosa che in questo periodo di covid è da tenere molto in considerazione. Proprietari molto attenti ai particolari e molto gentili. Ci siamo sentiti coccolati sin dall'arrivo con cestino di benvenuto e pizzette. Parliamo della cura delle camere. Insomma non c'è un angolo della villa che non va bene. Tutto meravigliosamente bello.

Bellissimo chalet in mezzo al verde sul monte Subasio con piscina e tre camere, pulitissimo ,curato nel dettaglio . Piano terra cucina a vista con sala da pranzo e grande camino, ripostiglio e bagno, finestra panoramica , piano superiore 2camere matrimoniali e una con due letti a castello, bagno e balcone panoramico. Intorno un bel boschetto e l'area barbecue. Lo consiglio

Posto incantevole immerso nel verde. Abbiamo soggiornato in famiglia ad Agosto. Casa al di sopra delle aspettative, camere confortevoli, pulizia, piscina top. Cucina e bagni dotati di tutti i comfort. Consiglio vivamente x chi desidera un soggiorno in pieno relax. La proprietaria della struttura disponibilissima ed accorta. Ci ritorneremo. Siamo stati ospiti della villa il ponte del 1 novembre, mi viene subito da fare i complimenti a Barbara e Loris per la gentilezza e la professionalità ,2 persone molto ospitali e sempre disponibili, villa stupenda con una vista panoramica su spello spettacolare , pulizia della casa al top , camere arredate con cura , posto rilassante e piscina bellissima , che dire più, al più presto ci ritorneremo

Appartamento curato in tutti i particolari, Barbara e Loris meravigliosi padroni di casa...posto incantevole..ci torneremo sicuramente 🥰

Molto bello e tenuto bene forse un po troppo tra i boschi e con una strada per esperti guidatori

Rilassante ed in grado di accogliere grandi gruppi! Vista mozzafiato della valle...
