RESIDENZA 3 MAGNOLIE

We had such a great and relaxing holiday, away from the hustle - just what we needed. The lake is just there by the house, you can come out and have a nice walk. The dog had a holiday of her life! She was running around in the garden and swimming in the lake every day🥰 the house is very nice, with a lovely view on the lake, nice outdoor furniture and everything you need to relax. Bianca is so friendly and is always there to help you: we ordered pizza one day, made bbq at the house, went out to few places nearby. We would love to come again and hope it happens sooner than later! Thank you Bianca for such a great holiday.

It was absolutly amazing. The view on to the Lago Maggiore is stunning. Visitors have their own entree to the lake.Everything you need is in the Residenza available. It is super clean and Bianca is the best host you could wish for. Even some pets (swans, dogs ) come and visit you in your garden. Grocery Stores and Drugstore are about 10 min by car away. A Restaurant with delicious Pizza is 2 min by foot away.
The perfect place to relax and calm down.

Ho alloggiato ale 3 Magnolie in maggio, e’ un posto incantevole!
La casa e’ deliziosa, arredata con buon gusto anche nei particolari, molto luminosa con le sue grandi vetrate, dalle quali si gode di una vista spettacolare sul lago, le montagne e sulla piccola marina.
La posizione e’ assolutamente top, a soli 10 metri dalla riva del lago, circondata, da splendidi fiori e alberi di alto fusto.
E’ assolutamente perfetta, specialmente in questo momento, dove la distanta sociale e’ garantita. al 100/100.

Ottima posizione, praticamente a 10 metri dalla riva erbosa e ben curata del lago. Pace e natura vi regnano. L'abitazione é pulita, curata e arredata con gusto. Bellissima la vista lago dalle vetrate del soggiorno. Un ringraziamento a Bianca; sempre presente per ogni esigenza., ma mai invadente. Che altro dire...esperienza positiva e consigliatissima :)

Appartement au rez-de-chaussée au bord du lac Majeur avec vue sur le lac. C’est très lumineux. Très grand jardin avec chaises longues. Le paradis pour notre petit chien et nous. Bianca la propriétaire est une femme d’une grande gentillesse et serviable. Deux ans de suite que nous y séjournons et c’est sûr nous reviendrons.

Unglaublich schöne Lage 😍. Man kann völlig entspannen und loslassen. Wir waren das 2. mal da und werden auf jeden Fall irgendwann mal, wieder dies Unterkunft wählen. Die Hausbesitzerin ( Bianca) ist so hilfsbereit und liebenswert. Die Unterkunft ist sauber und besitzt alles was man braucht . Absolut empfehlenswert 👍🏼

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus in ruhiger Lage direkt am Lago. Sehr freundliche Besitzerin wohnt nebenan und bei Fragen immer hilfsbereit. Wir waren das 2. Mal hier und haben den Aufenthalt in einer wunderschönen Umgebung sehr genossen. Vielen Dank.
