RESIDENZA IL CILIEGIO

Das Ferienhaus bietet alles für einen erholsamen Urlaub : super Lage am See, ideale Größe und italienisches Flair. Bianca ist sehr entgegenkommend und freundlich. Im Garten gab es viele Eidechsen und Enten was bei unserem Sohn für extra Spaß gesorgt hat. Er hatte seinen Hasen dort vergessen und Bianca hat ihn liebevoll verpackt zurückgesendet. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Sehr schönes Haus am Lago Maggiore

Ich war eine Woche in Monvalle. Das Haus ist sehr schön am Wasser abseits der Strasse gelegen. Wunderbar ruhige Lage. In wenigen Metern erreicht man den öffentlichen Badestrand. Im Haus ist so ziemlich alles da, was man für einen guten entspannten Urlaub braucht. Vor der Terrasse gibt es einen nur zum Haus gehörenden umfriedeten Gartenbereich mit weiteren Stühlen, Tisch und Grill. Hunde sind willkommen. Bei Fragen steht die sehr freundliche Vermieterin Bianca stets zur Verfügung und hat die passenden Tipps für jegliche Aktivitäten in der Umgebung und auch zu Restaurants für gutes Essen.
Jeder Zeit wieder oder besser für immer.

Ein sehr schönes Haus in toller Lage am See. Schöner Sandstrand und Bar am See. Eine sehr hilfsbereite und freundliche Vermieterin. Wunderbar ruhig und viel Natur. Ein perfekter Platz für einen Erholungsurlaub.

Unfortunately, in May and June there were road closures due to exceptionally bad weather with constant rain and flooding.
It was too dangerous for us as a family to travel.
We have already paid the full amount and there was no concession. We were even blocked!
We find this unprofessional behavior unacceptable.
We were even told that if we had booked through Booking Flex, we could cancel 3 days in advance ( I ask on Tuesday it was 4 days before!) Booking offered it to me after the phone conversation, but Residenza Il Ciliegio suddenly turned it down. It was not a penalty fee, but rather all the money was simply collected without any compensation.

Addendum: It warnt just bad weather. A bridge collapsed on our route due to flooding. You could read about it in the news!
There were even people died!
We would have liked a little understanding and a solution.
And we cancelled because of the bad, dangerous conditions & they didn't cancel a lie! So our money is simply gone and that's as a family that had been looking forward to this holiday all year!!!
One time we paid 900 euros and we were blocked!
