It brings the quality and refreshment, adding on a modern twist to local dishes. An exciting journey through falvours guaranteed! Last but not least, what a service! With a number of guest being served every day, they still make concious effort to tailore the experience to your needs, and perhaps the mood you might be in... Great pleasure, I will definitely be back for more.

The food literally could not be more amazing! The bad reviews on here are from people who clearly didn’t eat here. They are nuts. I’ve lived in Italy for 2 years and this is by far the best meal we have had in this country! We went for a quick lunch while on a road trip and we were completely blown away! The location is stunning and it was excellent service!!

I really enjoyed my night at Castel Toblino. Firstly the castle and lake are beautiful and a very romantic setting. The food was outstanding! It was delicious! The attention to detail, the consideration of the story it tells and the artistic beauty were perfect! Every part of the dish was important and beautiful! The sommelier, Leo, is an expert! His passion and understanding of wine is exceptional! Every dish with it's accompanying wine was a surprise and a delight! Leo guides you through the meal so you experience the magic of the food, the wine, the castle, the region and his knowledge! I would definitely recommend this incredible experience! I look forward to returning for another season and all the culinary adventures it promises! Thank you!

Set aside the food which was of the most spacial dishes we have ever tasted, the service was extraordinary!

Lunch on the lake, by the castle and with fantastic atmosphere. Very quiet place with historical atmosphere. Meal was tasty and very italian. Salty creps were just georgeous and the apple stroudl was style ala buiscuit, just yamm. Stop by to explore.

Really delicious food. Food is special and taste really good. Very nice environment and good service. Price is in line with the food. Glad we had dinner here. Caprese Salad is very special and delicious. Ravioli with duck & truffle and melon soup dessert are very good.

We only had a late lunch at the restaurant, but were overwhelmed by the atmosphere and the highest level of service in this place. That is in addition to a very tasty food and great view.

Wow what an amazing venue, staff and the food I don't think the words can describe. I highly recommend the beef. We came with a dog and the was no problem. The two gentlemen that looked after us were very professional and made us feel welcome from the very first moment. I highly recommend to visit!

Great place! Located on a medieval castle, overlooking the Toblino Lake. Beautiful views. The restaurant is incredible. One of the best meals I've had in Italy. Excellent wine list, with some aged wines at a very reasonable price. Definetely worth going.
