We hired a car for a month. On pick up, the car was thoroughly pre-checked for damage, none found. Staff were efficient & helpful. Our lovely little Fiat 500 hybrid was superb. A great car, very economical. On returning the car the process was fast & well handled. Great service, we'll definitely use again.

Good experience, the car was brand new and in a great condition. Rent process was smooth and fast. They unblocked the deposit right after returning the car, bank confirmed that after a week. Recommended :)

We hired a car for a week from Multirent Italia. The staff were very helpful and the car was of good quality. Would recommend for car hire from Pisa airport - they are close to the airport and so very convenient.

Great service, nice communication. The only one problem from the beginning was managed and solved properly with great service. I think one the beginning there should be a bit more explanations about the whole process and the car but if you stay nice every one will be very helpful!
Definitely we will use it again!

Sorry for late feedback, but we want to say that Multi Rent is our savior of the trip in August’18! We had problem with a car, and came to the office just in two days, before we need to rent a new car.
The girl was really friendly and wanted to help us to find a car. There were no free cars, but She gave several calls to friends and within 10 minutes she found the car of our dream - new Ford Kuga!)

Found them to be very friendly and helpful, prices are excellent and vehicles are very clean and in great condition, i didnt want to use my credit card and had no problems paying with cash which can sometimes be an issue with some rental companies, i personally dealt with the proprietor (Gionata or in english Johnathan) and he was an absolute gentleman, cannot recommend multirent enough especially if you an overseas traveller as myself

Everything was OK. I got my money back from the deposit a week after, but that was my bank’s fault.

Da anni sono cliente di multirent solitamente prendo a noleggio la panda e mi sono trovato sempre molto bene, sono molto gentili e vengono incontro alle esigenze.
Mi sono stupito per alcune recensioni negative, secondo me non sono vere. Loro fanno il video a inizio noleggio e invitano il cliente a fare altrettanto.

Wir haben eine Vespa 125cc für 2 Tagen gemietet. Es war einfach viel zu viel nach 2 Tagen in Toscana zu Fuß zu laufen
Mit dem Moped waren wir in Lucca und Umgebung, pro Tag haben wir ca. 70km geschaft. Insgesamt 140.
Der Roller war in einem sehr guten technischen Zustand, ohne Schäden oder Mängel im Motor. Von außen war er schrecklich, es hat aber nichts mit dem Fahren zu tun gehabt.
Man müsste 800 Euro als Kaution zahlen.
Wir haben nur 1 mal getankt für 10 Euro.
Und für diesen Preis haben wir 140 km gemacht.
Der Roller hat 60 Euro gekostet pro Tag, obwohl im Internet nur 50 geschrieben wurde. Sonst alles perfekt.
Wir haben auch 2 gute Helme gekriegt von dem Vermieter. Kostenlos!

Abbiamo noleggiato un motorino 125 per 9 giorni. Ci siamo trovati molto bene, mezzo perfettamente funzionante e personale gentile.
