Hotel Belvedere di San Leonino

Amazing hotel in the heart of Tuscany. You couldn't ask for more here. It has rustic charm, a pool, spacious clean rooms, a beautiful outdoor restaurant, friendly staff, all surrounded by vineyards as far as the eye can see. My partner and I stayed for two nights and found the location perfect for visiting Siena. The hotel staff organized a fun horse back ride for us, a wine tasting and an in room massage. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it for an authentic experience!

We were a party of four, and we all experienced exceptional service. The staff from the front desk, who went out of their way numerous times to get us transportation. The wait staff who always seemed to be one step ahead of us on what our needs were. Housekeeping who kept your room with all of the necessary items needed. Beyond the great staff, the grounds are beautiful. Wonderful place to stay!!!!!!!

My wife and I originally intended to stay at the Hotel Belvedere di San Leonino for only 2 nights, but ended up extending our stay to 4 nights because we enjoyed it so much. The hotel complex and rooms were well-maintained, clean and nicely located for touring. But what made it really special was the extraordinarily friendly service of the entire staff. All in all, a big thumbs-up from us. We hope to return again!

We stayed in one of the most beautiful rooms in San Leonino. The room has a beautiful view of the Tuscan landscape, is spacious, beautiful and comfortably furnished. Their restaurant “Il Cortile” has a nice menu with surprising dishes and they tasted even better during the beautiful sunset. We'll be back!

We stayed here for 2 nights as we had a problem at the vacation home.
We were looking for last minute accommodation for 4 people. This was no problem at all for the hotel!

When we arrived we were surprised with a room upgrade, which was awesome!

The hotel has a good location of Siena and there is the possibility to rent electric bicycles. Definitely recommended as it is very hilly!

The pluses of hotel are:
- Air conditioning and TV in the room.
- Swimming pool
- Possibility to eat (fantastic restaurant⭐)
- Good cleaning of the room
- spacious parking

What could be better is:
- number of power outlets (e.g. next to the bed)

The Belvedere is located in Tuscany, not far from Siena. The hotel is very nice, the rooms are clean and air-conditioned. The location is beautiful. We opted to have dinner at the restaurant the first night, and we were glad we did. It was so good that we went back for the second night as well. The food, the selections and the service were excellent. We are already talking about a return trip.

Location is a bit off the beaten path… but the service and tranquility of the hotel is fantastic. Unfortunately it was cold and rained the whole time in Tuscany , but we dined at the restaurant on site.. highly recommend fantastic service and great food..Everyone at the hotel we t out of there way to help and give you great experience. I would definitely like to stay longer. Next time in the area, good spot if you want a base to travel to Florence or Siena or Perugia. Car is needed…

The only thing I would change is to make this adults only. There was family of two small children and it took away from the peaceful relaxing place that this is. The place is fantastic and service was very good.

We just loved Belvedere de San Leonino ! Everything about our stay was just wonderful ! We loved the rooms, the service with many smiles , the food cooked to perfection and all the wonderful staff. The location in the Chianti area is just perfecto ! We should have stayed longer but will definitely return!

Glorious night spent at the Belvedere di San Leonino. Staff was very welcoming, view is magnificent, food and waitering was of the highest level. It really was how I envisioned spending a night on a vineyard in Tuscany, but affordable.

It's our third time at this hotel and it's magnificent. The service, the views, the food and practically everything is exceptional. Special thanks to Nadia for her superb help and support to us and other guests. Also a thank you to Susanna from the breakfast team for the excellent service and dedication. We will definitely come back to this corner of paradise in Tuscany. Saluti a tutti.

We absolutely loved our stay here!! We spent 4 nights in March and it was absolutely perfect. All the staff members were incredibly kind, warm, professional and helpful and always went the extra mile with their customer service. The breakfast was phenomenal, best selection of cooked and continental options and the coffee was absolutely brilliant! All of the highest standard. Best eggs we've had, lots of different cheeses and breads, great variety of croissants and Italian treats and my husband was pleased with the meat selection and so much more!! We also had supper a few times and were blown away. I'm a vegetarian and was still spoilt for choice. The pecorino pudding, vegetarian starter and tomato soup was 5 star quality. Huge selection of incredible wine, as you'd expect in such an amazing region. The room was incredible, spacious and beautiful with incredible views of the pool and the vineyards! Comfortable bed, peaceful location and the best night sleep I've had staying at a hotel. The location is brilliant, we had the best holiday staying there and can't wait to return. I once again can't recommend the staff enough, they're all so lovely and made us feel so welcome. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay! We are absolutely chuffed we found this gem!

It’s a gem. Super views and location, solid rooms and the service was very friendly. Very special care was given to us by Nadia who helped find us some options outside of the property and was so kind and professional. We hope to be back.

Amazing boutique style hotel in Castellina in Chianti - relaxing stay. Would highly recommend . True paradise.

Absolutely fantastic place! We enjoyed 3 nights here and loved every moment. I believe children are welcome, but none were present among the guests of the 25-30 rooms. This lead to very calm and private dinners where everyone seem to respect the wish for all to have a pleasant and quiet experience. This is a true gem and we will for sure return. I would not go there with kids, simply because the atmosphere encourage a quiet experience.
Staff is friendly and very professional. The food is amazing, the view is gorgeous and the area is fantastic. Price/performance of this place rocks!

Lovely accommodations, beautiful location, attention to detail, fantastic staff, and amazing food!

Me and my friends stopped for a glass of wine and I can tell that this was the best thing we did in our visit in Tuacany. Wine and service were too good and the view was astonishing.

Absolutely stunning! My wife found this place and we stayed for 4 nights. The staff was super helpful and friendly and the accommodations were perfect. The onsite restaurant was really good and we ate breakfast and dinner there a couple of times. Definitely need to drive and check out all the wineries. This are was probably my favorite part of our entire trip to Italy.
