Very good local restaurant. English menu is offered there. We order one rice, one salad, one apterizer and two orange juice. All of them are very tasty, especially, the black rice. The host is very friendly. He let us taste very typical local cheese for free. It is really good. I like this place.

The food is fresh and ful of flavours, friendly owner with good sugestions.
The best choice if you want to taste authentic food well prepared by a local. One of the best meal I had in Sicily.

I was impressed this place has a few vegan options 💚 The owner was very friendly and he recommended fresh orange juice from his oranges (we loved it). For lunch I had Caprese (mocarella was 👌) and my husband ate cous cous with tuna which was also delicious. After lunch we shared a cannoli, it was very tasty. The prices here are very afordable.

Charming, clean, great location and delicious healthy local food. The menu has many salads and sandwiches, beer, fresh fruit juices, coffee, tea, healthy desserts. I had a Sicilian peasant salad w chickpeas veggies tuna and olives. Very large and filling for just 6€. Any negative reviews of this place are usually based on the service, but since only one man cooks and serves, it may not always be as quick as some people like. Other than that it’s all good.

Brilliant place to eat in Agrigento, run by the friendliest guy who is honest and gives great recommendations. Everything was delicious, especially the pesce spada and the polpettine di melanzana. It was a highlight of our dining experiences in Sicily. Great food, very affordable and supreme service. Couldn't have asked for more.

My Chilean friend Carolina recommended this place as she had an amazing salad there yesterday. The chef/owner recommended Porcini (mushroom) and speck risotto. It was definitely one of the best risotto i’ve had. I’m not a big fan of mushroom but this is very tasty, the mushroom (local produce) is very soft and juicy. With a glass of fresh orange juice, it’s a total of 9Eur for dinner. Great price and high quality food. The owner chef is so friendly and makes you feel like you’re eating at his home. Do not miss this place when you’re in Agrigento!! Highly recommended!

Delicious Sicilian food! I wouldn't say it is a 'health food restaurant' but there are certainly lots of fresh and cooked salads and vegetarian options. Very helpful staff and freshly piped cannoli! Delicious and affordable.

This small local place is a gem. Outdoor, covered seating available. Fresh ingredients, locally sourced. Get whatever the owner recommends, he knows what he is doing. The food and the experience was incredible.

Simple, healthy, and beyond delicious! We had the warm bread thing called “New” with cheese, salami, olives, and tomato paste (yummy!), the chickpea salad (not even a fan of chickpeas but this salad was sooooo good that I ate every single bite), and a cheese and anchovie plate. The service was also excellent and we had a delicious experience! Oh and the prices were too reasonable for the quality/quantity. 🙌🎉

Feel like home, but not your home. A better one, a home from Agrigento. Hospitality, good food and simple joys of life find their place here. Get the recommendation from the chef, and a panicunzatu with anchovies. And forget about your problems.

We just came here randomly and they had almost nothing from the menu. We took all what they could afford us: beer, Sicilian sandwich and some kind of chicken with vegetables. It was so good, food was light and fresh(exactly what we needed after 4 days of eating pesto-pasta , cannoli and etc. 😅😅 thank you a lot!

Amazing food and great owners! We had little time on our hands and had to order take-away, but we are so glad we did. When dining there, consider menu of the day - we tried canneloni with spinach and casaraccie alla "norma". Both great choices if you are into pasta and sicilian cuisine. Next door is a cheap and nice grocery to get some fruits and vegetables! All that in close proximity to the train/bus station. Grazie!

We had a great lunch here, everything tasted so fresh, staff really cared that we enjoyed our meal and the chef went out of his way with my picky eater daughter to make sure she was happy. It was the best caponata we have ever had. Great hospitality and very reasonably priced, thank you

Such a great place. Don't be put off by the unassuming front. Sure it isn't the most elegant spot in Agrigento, but the food is absolutely amazing and really fantastic value for money. The owner is lovely and the end result is a relaxed comfortable atmosphere in a place that has a real focus on the quality of the food. The wine was great too.

Very good home-made meals. We ate awesome lentil soup, pastas with eggplant and sardines that were very tasty as well. With beers, dessert and coffee we paid for everything just 40 euro. Great value for price. Highly recommend it.
