What a beautiful store full of wonderful designer bags. Wendy was absolutely the nicest and most helpful salesperson from all of the stores we went to. She was patient, made great suggestions, and was a very pleasant person to talk to. She treated us like family. That’s all you can ask for when shopping for such nice items. Thank you Wendy!

Had a really great experience at this Prada location. My husband, son and I walked in and were immediately greeted by a super friendly SA, I don’t remember her name. I immediately found a bag I liked but she took me around the store and upstairs to see all the options before I purchased. Beautiful store and friendly staff.

So grateful I came with my Caucasian friends who happened to come the day before and received a business card from one of the sales associates. We were able to use the connection for the next day. Unfortunately another guest had contacted the SA at the same time and by a pure coincidence of entering simultaneously the SA went straight for the other couple. I assume they’re regulars so we were fine with that since we wanted to skip the line outside.

We were assisted by Andreana who seemed to only man the door in the beginning of the visit but eventually helped us with our purchases. She was very kind and went to the back a few times when I pointed out defects on my nappa Prada moon. Bought two other wallets (long pink saffiano wallet not shown in pic) . My friend purchased one wallet. Andreana packaged everything beautifully. We had a wonderful visit but had I came alone I think the trip would have been very different

The store doesn’t have a great assortment though. I originally I was looking to purchase a nylon moon but that wasn’t available. Regardless the nappa moon was clearly a worthwhile purchase.

I should add I was dressed very casually with a muscle tee, workout shorts and a vintage LL bean belt bag. If we didn’t have the SAs info I don’t think we would’ve gotten in.

Sensational and exceptional service!!! Thank you for helping me choose my first Prada sneakers! They are awesome! They have served me and my wife delicious espresso! I am sad that I didnt had time to choose an outerwear, but in spring its planned for my next trip to Rome to come here and buy it.

2/20/20: Tiziano Pisa helped me. He was very knowledgeable about every product, including each leather on shoes & accessories. I bought 2 items from him. A replacement blue nylon messenger bag & a leather key chain holder pouch. I looked in Louis Vuitton, Hermes, Goyard, & a few other places to find a replacement for my great 15 year old blue nylon Coach messager bag. I loved my Coach bag, but I wanted to move upward. I found a similar 1 in the Prada store in San Francisco, but I knew it would cost less in Italy. Tiziano showed me on his tablet how much I saved buying the bag in italy: around $200! I saved around $60 buying my leather key pouch in italy over buying it in America. Tiziano was so professional, knowledgeable, & patient, I will contact him next year before my next trip to Rome. I plan to buy some shoes on my next visit. I will buy them from Tiziano at this Prada store. I was amazed at how easy Blue VAT refunds was at the airport. Just give them the forms they give you at the store, your passport, & your flight number. Then your credit card for the refund. It took 3 minutes at most. There was no line (queue) when I got to the Blue windows, but then a line formed. Another good thing was Blue refunds was right next to Planet refunds. I had refunds at both, so it was convenient.

We popped into the Rome store to get a keep sake for Charlie my son, it was a lovely experience really made special by Sabrina thank you!

I had an incredible trip to Prada. I wanted to treat myself to a high-end handbag while traveling and there were many places to choose from, but Hilaria and Federica provided the best shopping experience! I found the perfect bag and felt good the entire time.

Lovely experience, best designer store in the fashion district. Hats off to Katharina for being the ultimate sales coordinator. She is extremely gracious, sweet, and patient. I would come visit again anytime!

I had an exceptional experience at Prada Roma Uomo. Katrina was a wonderful and kind sales woman, and was extremely helpful. She stayed within in my price range, and was kind and respectful to me. I was assisted promptly when entering the store by all of the Prada staff, and would highly recommend this location to anyone looking for Prada products.

Very professional and attantive at both men and women section of the store. The women boutique was way more focused on the experience of buying the luxury brand while the men's was more relaxed.

Extremely helpful and accomodating sales assistants, I passed by quickly to purchase a pair of shoes to change mine, the overall experience was amazing!

Excellent service. Brought my tech suit in for adjustments 3 years after purchase (I lost weight during the pandemic) and they did the alterations without charge, and ready in 2 days.

Nice store. Even though I was a tourist wearing tourist clothes, the staff was attentive and helped me purchase a card holder. They did not discriminate me because I am a traveller. I would highly recommend shopping here for Prada if in Rome!

My wife and I came here to meet with our friends but we ended up hanging out for quite a while. The staff were very accommodating and helpful in finding what my wife really wanted. No pressure whatsoever when dealing with the staff. Hor d'œuvres were served with drinks for the patiently waiting party so the overall experience was wonderful. I honestly couldn't have ask for more.

Incredible customer service, especially Laura N.! Staff was very attentive from the beginning, even though I was dressed in regular shorts and t-shirt (did not feel judged or neglected as the same day in Dior, LV or Fendi). I highly recommend shopping in Prada Roma.

The staff here and especially Mary Cashier goes above and beyond what anyone would expect.

I did not get the customs stamp at the airport and did not know that if the global blue office is closed there is another office I could go to get the stamp for my VAT refund. After I arrived back in Canada I emailed Prada. Mary Cashier was prompt in replying to my emails and contacted Global Blue for me to work this all out so that I could get my refund. She sent me a document outlining the exact steps I needed to do to get my refund.

I greatly appreciate all the work she put into helping me get this refund.
