The food and ambiance was just great, service - very good. Suggestion: it would be nice to be able to pay at your table, not at the bar.

The quality of the food was really good. We were offered a variety of local meals that were served really well. Having lived in Pavia for one year, I can say that this is my favorite restaurant. The location is also really good, in a rustic basement.

Dishes are very tasty, and reinterpret the traditional cuisine of the area with some modern twist. Everything was delicious!

The personnel was very helpful and advised us well on food and wine. In general the service was very friendly and efficient.

A wonderful restaurant in Pavia. All the dishes are prepared with care and the service is excellent. Save room for dessert, too! If you dare, try the eggplant dessert and be impressed.

This charming restaurant near the cathedral has a fantastic atmosphere, very friendly staff and quick service. We had one of the best meals of our trip in Italy here. The Antipasti speciality was amazing and the Tiramisu ice cream was outstanding! This restaurant is very often full so make sure you book in advance...highly recommended!

A very traditional restaurant well furnished, managed by very professional and kind people always ready to accommodate your requests. A quite good selection of wines and outstanding food come from the kitchen! One of the few places which transfers emotion through the food served. If you are around Pavia don’t miss the opportunity to have a dinner at this place, you won’t regret it indeed!!

Half the restaurant is in a lovely cool cellar downstairs. The staff vere very friendly and attentive. The food was very enjoyable, fresh and tasty. Lovely wines by the glass. Heartily recommended.
