Very comfortable bed, spacious shower and toilet with a large dressing room. Everything is clean and tidy in the room.

The hotel is far from Lake Garda, about twenty or twenty-five minutes by car, for those who are looking for an excellent place at a very reasonable price... this is the place. Free parking.

Beautiful place. Great hospitality. Kenza spent more than one hour helping us to choose the best activities for the day. What a lovely host! Everything was clean and very nice. Good location. Easy check in! The host was in contact and guided us in everything we needed.

Fantastic place. Authentic palazzo, very stylish with a small, cosy garden. Breakfast was served outside in a beautiful patio. The room was very clean. The staff were really hospitable, we got a warm welcome. The honesty room shows the atmosphere in the palazzo. I will often think back of out stay at the palazzo.

We (family with 2 kids) stayed at Palazzo Novello for 6 nights. It was a very great place to be. The rooms are gorgeous and the breakfast is great.
The ladies and the service is equal to 5 star hotels!

Very nice and small hotel. A beatiful palace in Montichiari. Highly recommended if you plan to visit the towns arround Garda. Breakfast is excellent. Staff is very friendly and always ready to help.

Very nice and small hotel of 20 rooms inside a palace. Rooms are big. Breakfast was very good. Team are always ready to help. Highly recommended !

Great location; a short stroll from the centre of Montichiari and easy access to the Autostrada for those heading out to Lake Garda. Brilliant hospitality and excellent accommodation at this historic property.

Our wedding location, Corte Francesco, recommended Palazzo Novello to us. Palazzo Novello was our main hotel on the wedding weekend. We had a meet & greet dinner at Palazzo an evening before the wedding with 75 guests. All girls were just amazing; Kenda and Nicoleta helped us to organize everything: the food, the drinks, the music and the decoration. They were so nice and helpful. It felt like a party at home, not at a hotel. The rooms and the atmosphere in all area gave you the real Italian feeling. We will definitely recommend this place and we will definitely come back here. Thanks Kenda & Nicoleta for your support.
