Melphi's La Birra Di Amalfi

Microbrew in Italy? Yes please! Walk past the crowds up the main street in Amalfi to this little spot. Grab a bar stool and enjoy! Good variety of ales, plus the most popular lemon enriched beer. Several varieties in bottles, plus a couple on draft.

I’ve been to plenty of breweries in my life and I can definitely say this place makes some world class beer. If you find yourself getting tired of the Amalfi crowds, head just a little down the road and grab a quick refresher from these guys and you will not be disappointed. The owners are awesome people and are really passionate about their craft. One thing to keep in mind, there isn’t much seating as of now (they only recently opened), but there is a nice bar bench and a few chairs, or you can just take your beer to go and keep exploring the town. Either way, this place is a must try if you like craft beer and are in the area.

Almost impossible to believe that there is a craft beer bar in this tiny and touristy town. A Red and Blonde beer on tap.They also do 4 bottle beers which were not available on my visit. Very friendly brewers

Loved this place. It wasn't that busy so we got to chat with one of the owners. He explained that he has been brewing for 15 years. He had a blonde and red beer on draft. He had other options in bottles. Really nice beer, well worth a visit. Keep going up the main road in Amalfi and it's on the right. Very small street front presence.

This is a new brewery in amalfi. They brew the beer in a facility nearby and use their storefront as a tiny tap room and to-go shop. The beer is class, the owner is great and I love what they’re doing and how they’re doing it. Grab a draught pour, walk down into the square and relax.

The guy gave me a sample and some info on his beers before I bought a delicious belgian ale. The cold beer was a welcome treat after a hot hike up to the waterfalls.

Nice to find a brewery in this part of Italy. The beer was very good (they had a white and a red beer). It's in a less crowded area, which was a relief as well.

Two delicious beers on tap. The Rossa and Kolsch. Small business so they explained that selection is limited but solid craft beer nonetheless

Don’t believe the naysayers. They make their own beer here and it’s small but there’s space to drink outside even on a rainy day. It’s small, sure, but these 2 brothers are trying to do something unique in the area and it already shows in the quality of the beers they’re making.

This is a must for craft beer enthusiasts lost in the sea of spritzes on the Amalfi coast.

Happened upon this brewery on the way down from Pontone. Really nice people and enjoyed our beers in this out of the way location.

Amazing tiny brewery up the top end of Amalfi. They’ve got a couple of beers going with two on tap. Delicious! Very friendly owners. Definitely recommend going up here for a beverage.

Charming place in Amalfi to stop by when you're tired of the tourist crowds. Great beers made by two brothers from the area. We had a great time talking to the owners as well as a few others who stopped in. Will definitely come back next time we're in Amalfi.

Place to go! 2 brothers that make their own artisanal beer from start to end. Based and crafted in Amalfi. More and more original than ceramic, paper and citrus that are sold everywhere! Cheers! Congratulations guys.

Nice find at the top of the town. Friendly couple of dudes selling beer just on the edge of the street. Cold craft draft and bottles perfect for a hot day.
