Hotel Graal

We’ve been there week ago and was absolutely lovely ! Great view from balcony, comfy room and bed. All I wanted was there.

Room was a little different as on website - different balcony, small and without table. But still it was ok, look at attached video.

I would recommend it to all of you who read it :-) Worth it !

Lovely hotel with amazing view. Breakfast was good and so was all the services. Visited with family for 3 days and totally enjoyed it.

Hotel Graal was everything we could have hoped for. The staff was super friendly and helpful, and the pool area is fantastic. Would absolutely stay here again - our room had breathaking views! Location was also great and walkable!

Wow, let me just say, the service, the rooms, the view, the food, ALL 5 Star! We were newlyweds and stayed at Hotel Graal for 3 nights in early May of 2024. This hotel is tucked away ina beautiful coastal town of Ravello. It was such a breath of fresh air to be somewhere on our honeymoon that was quiet, quiant, but still had enough activity for us to have things to do and places to eat at.

The hotel also has a phenomenal restaurant which you can eat at for lunch and dinner. Some of the best food we had on our honeymoon! The staff who welcome us warmly was amazing and we became very familiar with them the longer we got into our stay. I had a pair of earrings on that a lady at the reception loved and I was able to pass the brand name along to her so she could get the same ones. She was so sweet and even helped us get coins for euros instead of bills.

We personally rented a car to get here from Salerno, I wouldn't suggest gettin a manual and driving the coast haha, but you most certainly would save more money by renting a car to get here and get around almalfi or you can ride in public transport.

The room we stayed in and the hotel are very eclectic and take you back in time. We loved all the unique decor and use of the ornate ceramics in our room. the view of our room was absolutely breath taking. I wish we could have stayed longer!

Oh and one more thing...we had accidentally left some things in our hotel room and we contacted them about 2 weeks later. They were able to ship our items we left there.

Hotel Graal is absolutely amazing in all aspects. We hope to return!

Wonderful experience, clean rooms blankets and great quality towels, and the most spectacular views. The staff was beyond nice and welcoming. The shower in our room was very small and I really wanted to have a smart TV so we could watch some Netflix since all channels are in Italian. Other than that I highly recommend.

Really nice staff, helpful in any way they can. Let my partner and I leave our bags at the front while we waited for check in, then helped walk our bags to our room. Really nice pool area that helps cool you off in the summer time. The view is stunning, worth the money alone.

Amazing views! Our balcony opened up to a beautiful view of the sea and the other half of Ravello.

The room itself was quite nice, and the showers were superb. There's also parking for 15EU a day, and the staff are happy to store your luggage and car after you've checked out if needed.

The only gripe is the breakfast buffet was somewhat lacking. The coffee is by far the worst I've had in Italy, and ranks among the worst I've had anywhere.

Amazing hotel!! The view is spectacular, and from the entire property - our room, the stairwell, the bar area, the breakfast area, and the pool... So picture perfect. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the room was decently sized with a memory foam bed and pillows. Super quiet also, I slept like a baby here. Can't wait to return, this place is awesome.

Balcony view was beautiful! The room was very clean and decently sized. Check in was straight forward. If you're driving there, pull over in front of the hotel door and they will take the car into their parking lot (15EU a day). We were able to leave the car there after we checked out so we could explore the town more before leaving.
Front staff were wonderful. Gave some great suggestions about places to visit. Answered a lot of our questions and were really friendly.
There is a pool that has an amazing view as well.
Breakfast is included and is a continental breakfast. Some nice views in the dining room too.

We stayed here for our wedding which was held at Villa Eva. The staff here are absolutely amazing. The rooms maybe a little tired, but the hotel is in an amazing location. There's a hotel just behind it up the cliff with the same views for 5 x the price. Food was very simple but great. Not too busy not too quiet either. Ravello is a beautiful place to stay away from the crowds in Amalfi.

Rooms were clean! Shower was amazing (with Jacuzzi, although we didn't use it ) the hotel restaurant was delicious and the waiter was very nice. It also has a pool. Breakfast was great too. It's also is very close to the town square, which is convenient.

Just spent a wonderful weekend at Hotel Graal. The views along the Amalfi coast from rooms, restaurant and pool are absolutely stunning and it's only a few minutes' walk to the central square in Ravello, a treasure of a town full of beauty and culture. Staff and owners of the hotel are very friendly and helpful and I'd highly recommend the restaurant. The food is absolutely delicious and the restaurant staff are fantastic, professional, polite and very friendly, two true gentlemen. Some reviews say the hotel rooms are in need of updating. While I agree the furnishings are a little dated, my room was lovely, spacious and very comfortable with a great bed and bathroom. Many hotels along the Amalfi coast that don't have such a fantastic position charge much higher prices for no more or better facilities, so I would definitely recommend Hotel Graal and will certainly choose it for my next visit to the area.

The food came very fast, being incredibly tasty. Friendly and loyal. 50’s style building. I highly recommend this place!

My husband and I just spent our 28th wedding anniversary there and it was amazing!!!! We had an ocean view that was spectacular. We had our anniversary dinner at their restaurant and the foood and service were top class. I highly recommend this hotel, you will not be disappointed. Can’t wait to go back one day and stay there again. Ravello is a beautiful place. Thank you so much for making our stay so special.

The location and the views can’t be beat, and the people are wonderful as well!

The restaurant was amazing! Food and service was exceptional! Good job. The mixed seafood platter and the octopus starter is amazing.

Spent 3 nights in a family room in Hotel Graal - the room was very generous with a stunning view from the terrace, the breakfast was perfect, the pool area was absolutely great and all the staff was just so friendly and helpful - we will be back………👍👍
