So glad we chose this hotel for our Amalfi vacation. The hotel is beautiful and right on the water. The views are spectacular. We stayed in the Junior Suite and the Panoramic Suite and both rooms were so nice! The hotel is spotless, the beds are comfortable, the lighting and bathrooms are modern, the decor is so pretty, and the balconies just perfect. We enjoyed the on site restaurant so much we ate there several times. The staff is welcoming, attentive, and so helpful. The hotel shuttle was so beneficial and the front desk staff helped us arrange additional transportation throughout the week. It’s centrally located and easy to get around from the hotel. We absolutely loved our stay here and would highly recommend.

This hotel is just like heaven (I hope: ). Our stay was absolutely marvelous!
Best views of Ravelllo coast. Very attractive receptionist and great lifeguards at the pool. Complimentary shuttle services to Amalfi, Villa Rufolo and the beach of Maiori and Atrani.
Excellent and very rich breakfast .
Very comfortable beds.

OMG, let me tell you about this hotel we're staying at in The Almafi Coast!the Ravello Art Hotel Marmorata! The service is like next-level amazing, seriously. The staff is so friendly and helpful, they make you feel like a VIP. And the hotel room? Woah, it's like stepping into a dream. It's so beautiful and the view of the coast from our room is out of this world. It's like a postcard come to life! Definitely recommend the panoramic Suite #101 worth every penny hands down the best hotel room I’ve stayed in for sure.

I can't even begin to describe how much we're loving our stay here. The location is perfect too, right by the coast with easy access to all the cool spots in the Almafi . It's been such a memorable experience, and I can't recommend this hotel enough. If you're ever in The Almafi Coast , you've gotta check it out! 🌟

One of the most beautiful hotels we have ever stayed in and the perfect place to start our honeymoon! The hotel was beautiful, the views were even better, the staff was friendly, helpful, and accommodating, and the food at breakfast & the restaurant onsite was fantastic.

The room was spacious with an amazing view of the ocean - can't imagine any of the rooms having a bad view! All of the outdoor spaces for lounging were nice since we did not have a balcony or a terrace on our room.

The hotel is so special and unique - I truly have never stayed at a place like this before, and I have not one bad thing to say about our experience here. We would stay here again and will be recommending it to all of our friends!

This is an absolutely incredibly beautiful hotel and experience. We have stayed in the Amalfi Coast several times before but this was definitely our favourite hotel and would highly recommend anyone to stay here. The staff was always friendly, smiling, respectful, and helpful. The rooms were extremely clean, the food was absolutely delicious and the view, wow there are no words! Love that this is a family run hotel, you can really feel the family love from the staff! Thank you to all for your incredible service!

Located on the sea, this hotel has everything you would want. Perfect location for ferry travel. The hotel shuttle made getting around easy. Located near Amalfi and Positano but set apart from the busy towns which makes for nice quiet mornings. Outdoor pool with bar and amazing bartenders. They also have water toys and water access. Great place to swim in the sea. Hotel features a natural waterfall too! Highly recommended.

My husband and I stayed at Hotel Marmorata this past week and had the time of our lives. The hotel was beautifully situated on the water, the food/ drinks were incredible, and the staff was so extremely kind and helpful. Prior to going, I had seen some negative reviews on the hotel's more coastal location and so I wanted to add our experience in that regard. We very much thought the location to be a strength, because it offered an exceptional waterfront experience including private beach club and swimming. We also thought the location to be central to exploration and at no point felt isolated! We made trips to Minori via the free hotel shuttle bus, Amalfi via a pre-arranged unscheduled shuttle bus pick-up (just 20 euro to have the hotel shuttle bus pick you up at a different time), Ravello via walking path (a steep climb, but fun), and Capri via a group boat tour that left from the hotel's personal dock (how cool!). The hotel even helped us plan our boat tour via email prior to our arrival when I was overwhelmed with options online. I can't say enough good things about our stay and highly recommend Hotel Marmorata.

Not only was the food and stay at the hotel excellent, but the hotel was excellent in responding to our needs when we were in trouble. When we could not seem to catch the bus in time to catch our flight home, they responded urgently and offered a shuttle bus to another bus stop. I really appreciated their flexibility and promptness.

Great gem of a hotel. We rented 3 rooms for a week and the place is perfectly situated. Rooms could use a little lipstick but otherwise clean and sufficient. Staff are really nice and do anything you ask.
Only drawback is the wifi. Although free - it really is inadequate for the style of hotel and clientele want to attract.

The restaurant 'Anticha Cantiere is superb and Marco the maitre d is the ultimate host. Bravo.

Beautiful hotel. Clean rooms, comfortable bed and the most wonderful shower experience I’ve had so far on my travels through Italy. Hotel restaurant is delicious (have the sole risotto!) The breakfast that is included is extensive and delicious as well. The staff was accommodating and helpful and had a daily shuttle to Amalfi for us to take. Loved our stay here!

if you were to believe a small percentage of the reviews on here, you might have the impression that there are, for example, too many ants, or that the sea water is dirty, or even that some of the staff are rude & / or unhelpful.

so for those that have never visited...

i did see some ants, although i am surely not educated as to what constitutes too many; equal to & more than 10? maybe 9 ants is ok, but 10 is a deal breaker? & what about the sample size re: period of time? 9 ants in one 24 hour period is ok? perhaps a detailed statistical analysis compiled by an expert on ants (that reside on the amalfi coast) would help us all to understand what constitutes 'too many ants.'

they were ants, outside, on the steps leading up to the outdoor pool, so small that, admittedly, i had to kneel down & unpack my microscope to observe them...

the sea was so dirty that on the steps outside, way above the sea, 10 metres or more, i could see all the way to the bottom, & the most delightful fish of all different colours...

the staff were so rude & unhelpful that they were singing & dancing whilst serving breakfast, serving food & drinks all day long to your recliner at the beach club, & making cups of coffee, & giving out chilled water at 05:30 when i was observed in an area adjacent to reception watching sunrise. i mean that is awful isn't it?

so shall we get real, & speak the truth between us?

this is a heavenly resort, minutes from minori, with views to die for, & a beach club with direct access into the sea.

you don't have to step outside the hotel for one moment, because they have everthing.

the rooms are beautifully presented, with fully functioning AC, & a well stocked fridge, should you need a refreshing drink.

i was spoilt for choice at breakfast; a delightful buffet that caters for all tastes.

too many ants? dirty sea water? rude & / unhelpful staff? ok. & i am the pope.

an absolute gem on the amalfi coast.

sincerely.

The dreamiest place along the Amalfi Coast!

I feel in love with this place the moment we entered the reception area. The staff is just absolutely welcoming, kind and extremely helpful. They’ve daily shuttles to all the important cities close by and reception can give you a lot more details about it.
The restaurant view is breathtaking and the quality of food is incredible. I’d highly recommend you try the homemade Belini (its the best Belini I’ve ever tasted!).

The private pool has an amazing view with loads of options to stay in the shade or sun, whatever you prefer.
The area to get into the sea is tidy and very easily accessible. Bonus: The hotel even provides floating beds to enjoy the sea swim.
There is plenty of staff to serve you lunch, drinks or ice cream to your sun lounger. Overall just an amazing experience!
Thank you, to all the staff who have made our time so unforgettable! :)

We absolutely loved this hotel, the access to the sea is ideal as well as the water toys! The staff is very friendly, professional and goes out of their way to cater for you; thank you Giulianna and Roberta for the breakfast help. The restaurant is also amazing, we had lunch there everyday, service was perfect and the pasta vongole is spectacular!

I have ONLY GREAT things to say about this hotel!

Firstly want to say the STAFF is AMAZING! Everyone is SO kind so happy BUT Ivan was our favorite he was a bartender if you see him say hi, and he will take great care of you.. He’s so friendly and so nice … he made our vacation 100x better … next is Carmine.. the late night reception guy…super nice to talk to very helpful and made me feel as though I was talking to a family member of mine :) he talked with us at 3am while we waited for our car service to go to the airport and who wants to talk at 3am… you can’t find that service anywhere Lol we drank a lot of wine and stayed up and he was so kind to talk with us and keep checking for our car. ( The hotel has a camera system so you can relax inside while they look to see who pulls up) since everyone else was sleeping It was my first time traveling to Europe with my husband and we had no idea what we were doing we should have traveled around to different places (will probably stay here 3/4 nights next time and somewhere like Rome or Napoli 3/4 nights) I didn't know how easy it was to travel around.. but instead we stayed @ this hotel for 7 nights. (Since it was our honey moon I don't regret it ...we needed the to relax! As clueless as I was when booking Italy I seriously couldn’t have picked a better hotel..

NEXT Food/Rooms - the cleanliness of this hotel and our room
was perfection! I’m super OCD and it was the cleanest hotel I’ve ever been in.. It was the perfect size... we had the ocean view with the jet bath tub, however I wish I would have upgraded to a room with an actual balcony. This hotel had the BEST VIEWS its location is 10/10... The restaurant is good for 1 night but I don't recommend every single night you stay since its expensive and there are a lot of other options you can explore close by/ walking distance. (Sal De Risk was my fave ..get the lasagna and pastries and thank me later!)

Location/Transportation -
The late night driver for the shuttle was who we had and he was soooooo sweet.. I believe his name was Michael he was 37 years old... and The best !! he was friends with Ivan ...they went to school together and both are from the small town Minori next to Ravello. The public bus and hotel shuttles are so easy to use...I wish I would have known earlier that the shuttles for an extra charge of around 20$ can take you places out of the scheduled shuttle times which aren't that frequent I believe its twice a day that the shuttle leaves the hotel and comes back. ( I didn't know this until maybe day 4 of our trip and had already spent 100's of euros on private transportation which was a waste of money when I learned quickly how to move around without it) Minori is a quick 5 min walk and from there you can take the ferry and bus literally anywhere ... it is EASY if you ever feel stranded or confused just call the reception at the hotel and they will help you out! Everyone speaks english and if they don't understand you just download google translate and type it in there! Hope this review helps out people as I wished It was here for me when booking!

Absolutely lovely hotel. The hotel is not located in Ravello like the name suggests. It is located in Minori, just off the main road. Taxi to Ravello costs 40 euros each way. Alternatively you can catch a bus from Minori (bus stop is outside the hotel) to Atrani (one stop on the bus or a 15 minutes walk) then change for a bus to Ravello. It's pretty straight forward and costs 3 euros per person. Bus tickets and timetable are available at the reception. Be aware you have to pay for bus tickets in cash.

The hotel itself is stunning with friendly staff and delightful food (honestly food was delicious). It was so amazing to hear the sea from the room and to swim in open water. The beach club is open from June so we didn't get to experience it. There is a small gym with a treadmill, a bike, mats, free weights (1 x 5kg and 1 x 2kg), bosu ball and a pull down machine. You can connect your phone to Sonos speaker if you download Sonos app. We didn't rate Ravello which is very small and busy so staying at hotel Marmorata was a blessing. Definitely one of my favourite hotels!
