I have been buying ceramic items from Ceramiche Cosmolena in Ravello since 2006. I first met Margherita di Palma sitting on the floor of one of her original stores banging her plates on the floor demonstrating how durable her products are.
Since then I have returned to Ravello on a once to twice yearly basis and have purchased additional items for my ceramic set and have 3 to 4 cabinets full of ceramics from Ravello all hand-painted by the artists of Ceramiche Cosmolena. My purchases were shipped in perfect condition and they are of the highest quality and durability compared to any other ceramics that I have purchased. In addition I use many of them on a daily basis and they are washed in the dishwasher. Years later they still shine with the same brilliance as they did on the day of purchase.
The quality of my ceramic plates and vases is outstanding.
I love the pattern that I chose many years ago and I continue to add to my collection.

While visiting Ravello we found this company and my wife fell in love with their products. We ordered many items, a complete set of dishes included. They were shipped in “bullet proof” boxes and we received them yesterday. My wife is extremely pleased. There were a couple of items missing, so we contacted them and they are taking care of the shortage. Their products are far superior to any others we found. My wife absolutely loves her new ceramic dishes and related products. I give them 5 Stars and high praise for their excellent workmanship!

I was so very happy when I received my order of ceramics from Ceramiche Cosmolena. I had the good fortune to visit their store in Ravello in October. The selection of ceramics was extensive and beautiful! I made my selections and eagerly waited for them to arrive at my home. My experience with DHL was very efficient and professional. My packages were handled very carefully and no marks on the boxes. My order was packaged so very carefully! Each piece was completely wrapped and cushioned inside the delivery box so as to protect each item during transport.
My order is breath taking! The ceramics are flawless with vibrant colors and exactly how they appeared in Ravello!

Loved this beautiful ceramic shop in Ravello! I purchased several items while I was in the store and also ordered several items to be custom made. They offered to ship these items to me in the United States for free. The items were well packaged and all arrived in one piece and without any damage. The items were exactly if not more beautiful than I had imagined. I would highly recommend this shop!

I had a great experience ordering a 20 pound piece from the store in Ravello and having it shipped to Chicago, IL USA. It arrived within days of my return from Italy. It was securely boxed and it was in perfect condition. I am beyond pleased.

Enjoyed shopping here for dishes, I found a beautiful pattern that I love. They are shipping them to me. I’ll give an update when I receive them. The staff here is super helpful. Looking forward to using my new dishes.

I just LOVE this ceramic shop! They have a huge selection of hand painted ceramics at great prices! The manager, Margherita, is so very nice and friendly! We told her what we were looking for and she helped us find exactly the pieces we wanted and was patient while we were deciding! They have beautiful dinnerware sets, all sizes of plates to hang on the wall, serving bowls and platters, pitchers, serving utensils, ornaments, etc. I can’t think of a place you’ll find a better selection! They even have some gorgeous linen napkins and tablecloths. Don’t miss this shop!

Incredible selection of ceramics. They have a fixed shipping policy of $60 regardless of how many pieces, so we ended up selecting several. Hard to decide which ones there were so many beautiful designs. Seemed to be a much better, richer collection than other places we'd seen. Prices seemed consistent with other places, but deeper selection. Very nice to do business with as well.

We recently purchased two votive ceramic candle holders from ceramiche cosmolena Ravello in Italy and we love their highest quality and superb customer service. They shipped these to us in the USA with using professionally packaged and secured delivery and we took delivery last week from DHL and the products came flawlessly intact.

What a beautiful shop in stunning Ravello. In addition, we could not get a taxi and were at risk of missing our boat. The owner tried for half and hour and successfully got a taxi (with a very handsome driver!) and we got our boat with the skin of our teeth. Thank you so much you lovely man. This shop has beautiful dishes and delicious limoncello. The people, especially Margherita, are great to deal. You can't ask for a better experience. Our shipment of pottery came quickly and securely packaged so every piece arrived intact. The limoncello shipment was separate and Fed Ex managed to break one of the bottles during shipping. Margherita was fantastic to deal with and quickly replaced the broken bottle. A really great experience!

I just received my absolutely beautiful table today! While we were in Ravello in late October, we stopped at the Ceramiche Cosmolena Factory. I wanted to buy a pretty bowl and was told THIS was the best place on the Amalfi coast. As soon as I entered their courtyard, I saw a gorgeous table depicting the exact scene we had been enjoying from our hotel balcony in Positano. I fell in love with the table, and although I was there just to buy a bowl, my sweet husband agreed that the table could be ours. The very friendly and helpful owner, Salvatore, took me inside and showed me many other tables (just to be sure it was the one I wanted) in his enormous shop. So many beautiful choices!!! I bought the table I had first seen in the courtyard. Love at first sight! All items arrived expertly packaged. I am so very happy I stopped at Cosmolena and I love my purchases. PS I found an exquisite bowl to add to my order!

Loved this place and this family. Family owned and operated. I can't quite remember what the son told us, but I believe the product is fired one one more time than terracotta, making it harder than Terracotta. He actually banged a dish on another dish to show it would not chip or break so easily. It is a little pricey, but you have one of a kind quality pieces. I picked, my dishes, my pattern and my color and it was made to my specifications. It is also signed and dated on the back. It was delivered in a box that was shot with some sort of liquid foam that hardened. A little hard to get the pieces out, but definitely guarantees its arriving in one piece. (Italy to USA NY)

I just received my plate at my house in Greece that a bought after 10 days ago from Cosmolena .
They packed my plate very very well and it arrived safe and not damaged.
From the store they gave me a receipt and they answered to my email for the shipping number of the DHL in just 5 minutes.

Beautiful family owned stores with outstanding service and quality. Unlike traditional Amalfi pottery this is stunningly handmade and developed by the family. Designs are unique and hand crafted. Highly recommend. Cosmo was a huge help. His mother a lovely artist with a refined sense.

Having purchased several ceramic pieces during our many travels throughout Italy, Ceramiche Cosmolina di Margherita in Ravello is the absolute best we have seen! We had a day trip to Ravello and had the pleasure of meeting Margherita di Palma and her brother who operate the store and magnificent showroom. This was several years ago and the quality of their products, attention to detail and exceptional customer service makes them standout as the BEST in Southern Italy and probably the BEST in Italy. We have purchased benches, dinnerware sets and a variety of kitchen items. In the almost decade of being one of their clients, we had a small issue with one dinner plate. I reached out to Margherita with a photo of a small 'nick' on the side of this plate and in less than three weeks, the replacement plate arrived! I was prepared to pay for this plate, since we had purchased them so time ago but she provided it free of charge, including the freight costs! I guarantee that you will be pleased with the quality of their products and the fact that they stand by their high-quality products! Ravello is a beautiful town and definitely should be put on your list to visit and while there, purchase the best ceramic pieces in Italy!
