We stopped by to grab some granita and cafe fredo - loved both, without exaggeration one of the best granitas of my life and cafe fredo delicious as well.

Perfect place to coffee after lunch before going back to the beach.

Beyond happy that we ended our stay in Taormina at Ai Paladini - wish we found it sooner! The food was incredible & our waiter ensured we got everything we desired. Highly recommend this spot for visitors!

Lovely, warm wellcoming place, amazing friendly staff, great food. Good menu options and great value for money. The food was great, authentic sicilian, all the ice cream ( gelato) and the presentation of it, amazing. All in one this place is a must visit for an authentic sicilian experience.

came across the place randomly when visitting isola bella and it did not dissapoint. very friendly staff, made us feel welcomed from the start. delicious food and tasty, good quality coffee. we had caponata, panini and some fresh orange juice too as a light lunch and can reccomend everything. would happily go again to try more! their sweet treats also looked lovely :)

We loved visiting Ai Paladini, so much that we visited for pizza and for another pasta night. Their carbonaras were exceptional and the pizza dough was also lovely. We got along very well with the nice staff and even went for a gelato one afternoon as well! Would recommend if you’re around the beach near Isola Bella as the prices are very reasonable as well!

Dined here on three occasions during a recent stay in Mazzaro/ Taormina. Great value for money in an otherwise rather pricey area. Superb 'homemade' food, a good range of beverages and excellent service. You are made to feel very welcome and valued. The place may not have the ambience of some nearby establishments (warmer lighting could easily improve this) but the quality of the food, the value for money and the level of service makes it somewhere we wanted to return to - and recommend to others. Other customers also clearly looked as if they enjoyed being there. A lovely part of our Sicilian experience. Big thanks to all the Ai Paladini team.

The waiter Badr (or Pedro) is amazing. Always ready to help you and with a great sense of humour. He will do anything to make you feel welcome. The owners are also really nice and you want to come back. We will!

This is one of my favourite restaurants in Mazzaro/Taormina. The food is authentic and the service prompt and friendly. When there are so many overpriced places nearby, it was good to find simple well-cooked food (the caponata was THE best) without pretention. We loved this place so much we ate there three times during our stay!

Cute little cafe with vegan pastas! Also gluten free options for my friend. We were at a bit of a loss in Taormina and went to this place expecting no options, but the caponata and nearly all of the pastas were vegan and there were sides of veggies as well.

The beauty of this place is that you can eat breakfast, lunch or dinner here for a great price. The granita is made every morning. The Cantaloupo granita is a personal favourite and the brioche fresh. The pasta is made to order. I'm unable to find as good elsewhere. The service is swift and the staff always have a smile and a friendly welcome. Recommended to all.

This is your perfect breakfast spot before you go to the beach. We had delicious cappuccino’s accompanied by a good croissant and cake. Next time I will have a cappuccino and brioche. Sadly they ran out of orange juice and didn’t come up with the idea with getting some new oranges, but we still had a perfect experience here. I recommend!

Perfect spot to grab a coffee after walking down the hill from the top! They were all out of plain cornetti when we arrived so tried a wholemeal one with honey inside, 👌

Had breakfast and lunch at this cafe! The staff is friendly and food is tasty ! Good location opposite the entrance to the beach! Would definitely recommend this place !

This was my local hangout during my stay in Taormina. Had dinner a few nights and also coffee in the morning. The food is good. The cannoli, granita and gelato are amazing. The stuff treated me as part of the family. Highly recommended!

Authentic carbonara and good price. Service was efficient and excellent.

Small, lovely cafe, not only for some drinks or delicious granita, but they also serve here amazing sicilian food as well (we tried caponata, arancini and pasta siciliana)! Very polite staff and good prices (for us the food here was much better than in other, more "fancy" restaurants near Isola Bella). Would definitely recommend. Wine served is amazing.
