Relais La Placa

The villa was absolutely stunning and the surrounding nature was incredibly beautiful. The villa was situated on the hills of the volcano Etna. The town near the villa, Francavilla di Sicilia was charming and local culture had been preserved. The owner of the villa took us to excursion around the area and to local winery. The villa was beautiful and well maintained and the industrial kitchen was excellent for cooking.

Just had a wonderful week in this villa. It’s a beautiful setting and fabulous accommodation. Carmelo was great and gave great suggestions for places to visit. I will definitely make a return visit in the future.

Recensione straaaa meritata.
Mi spiace, ma quando un cliente chiama e gli viene risposto che mi avrebbe contattato e questo non succede e per lo più, dopo che riprovo a chiamare svariate volte e mi viene chiuso il cell in faccia senza neanche scusarsi, questo non lo tollero. Beee, questo mi fa capire che non avete bisogno dei clienti. Forse non è chiaro il concetto che i Clienti sono il pilastro fondamentale di ogni azienda!!! Si vede che non è ha bisogno come noi non avremo bisogno della vostra struttura da ora in poi!!! E siccome veniamo spesso in zona, oltre a una bella recensione NEGATIVA avrà una bel passa parola altrettanto dedicato.. grazie per la sua celere risposta, per la sua cordialità, per la sua gentilezza avuta nei nostri confronti, per la sua disponibilità ecc ecc ecc.
