One of my favourite and most memorable stays. The location was great and our room had a beautiful view - the bathroom was modern and clean and the bed was very comfy.

Loved the breakfast every day and the staff were so welcoming and helpful! I hope we can visit again one day.

I can’t tell what’s been better, the staff being super helpful with every wish we had, the location in this amazing little town or our balcony with a view on the Etna - and a parasol. Make sure to book the breakfast, too!

Wonderful guest house in the converted home of the family who runs it. Great location. Most comfy beds, friendly owners, nice size and clean rooms, large bathrooms, large showers, great breakfast. Highly recommend. We will stay here when we return to the area.

Wow! What a great place to stay! We were both sad and happy that this was our room for our last night in Sicily. Sad that we didn't find this place earlier so that we could spend more nights here and happy because we got to finish our holiday in this amazing place. The town in which the hotel is situated is beautiful and feels very authentic and not touristy. The people who run the hotel are very friendly and welcoming, the breakfast is great and even has homemade cakes! Our room was very comfortable and had everything you could need. On top of the building, there is a terrace for shared use with the other guests, it has one of the best views I have ever seen on a terrace. Both Mount Etna and the rest of the town are visible in a almost 360 degree view. We will definitely be back!

Getting to Sciliy as an international visitor with my wife and sons was a challenging experience, four hours at Catania international to get bags and our car. However, all our concerns and stress disappeared when we started the climb into Mount Etna's foothills and saw Castiglione di Sicilia. Beautiful! Luckily our hosts from Cento Tari had provided excellent directions so we enjoyed navigating the old town roads to our night's accommodation. We had a warm welcome and the whole family was awestruck by the view from our room's private terrace. The room was modern, very clean and easily accommodated all of us with room to spare. We enjoyed a beautiful dinner at a local restaurant that Marilena had recommended to us when we arrived (she also phoned ahead to arrange a table). We slept well and then had an amazing breakfast of espresso, fresh juices, cereal and eggs. My boys embarrassed me by eating an inordinate amount of watermelon fresh from Virginia's father-in-law's garden. If you want to feel a family welcome in a beautiful architect designed house with plenty of history - this is the place for you. It was certainly right for me and I'll definitely be back should I find myself this way again.

We loved our stay in this beautiful hotel!! Everything was perfect. The owners (Virginia, Marilena & Salvo) were exceptional!! Our daughter was getting married nearby and they went out of their way to help us in any way that they could. The breakfast was amazing every morning and the chocolate with milk they served our granddaughters was delicious. Our granddaughter, age 12, was in love with this place! That’s all she talked about for the next couple of days. Needless to say, none of the places we stayed in for the remainder of our trip in Sicily or Rome could compare to this beautiful hotel!!

Very nice and modern place to stay in the Etna Nord area in a particular pitoresque little town. Our room had an amazing view over the old town with Mt. Etna on the background. The rooftop terrace is great as well. Breakfast was decent with local made jam and honey. Highly recommendable.

A very overdue review. I chose the Cento Tari Guest House as the place to prepare for my wedding with both sides of the family. I couldn't have asked for a better location, hotel or family to help support us on our special day. I will always be gracious for the extra help and opening up the hotel like a home. I will definitely be back.

Gorgeous hotel set in a beautiful quiet town, with an amazing family as our hosts! Smack next to the town square and a short 2-3 min walk if you want to explore the old castle.

Modern oasis in a quinessential hilltop town, near Mt. Etna. Hotel is ran by a 3 siblings who transformed a family home into a great place to relax and get away from the busy, more tourist areas like Taormina and Catania. Grab a coffee in the cafe next door with locals who greets everyone like family......bonasera!
