If you are a hilton or Marriott $200+ a night member this is not your place - go up the road. If are looking for a great, clean and friendly place to stay - book here. The hotel is sitting right across the street from the lake and has phenomenal views - book a room with balcony! Traffic on the road is not a problem and neither is noise. The rooms are comfy and clean. Yeah, you find a spot where a new piece of paint would make it pretty'r - but if if you spend that much time in the room you shouldn't be on a trip in the first place. The yard and pool are great and could be something of an old movie set. The view while standing in the endless pool is great. The staff is very friendly and forthcoming. We'll be back!

Very nice hotel with very helpful staff. We have our grandson with us and the staff made everything they cold for us. Always a smile and helpful to us. Nice pool area with a magnificent view over the lake. Great breakfast with cold and hot choices.

Very nice hotel along the road on East River of Maggiore lake close to Stresa. Good breakfast, kind personnel and free parking are an added value.

Ho soggiornato per una settimana in questa stupenda struttura.
Posizione stupenda e con uno sbocco diretto sul lago privato. Momentaneamente l’albergo è un po’ datato, ma la struttura verrà completamente rinnovata a breve. Il direttore con cui ho parlato, una persona stupenda e cordiale, mi ha invitato a tornare il sabato sera dove organizza serate memorabile.

Abbiano cenato con due antipasti, due primi, un secondo, tre dolci, un calice di vino e acqua, un caffè, 80 euro sconto the fork. Cibo ottimo, fresco e ben cucinato, ottimamente presentato con servizio adeguato e camerieri professionali, non invadenti e con modi opportuni. Onestamente non comprendo i commenti negativi che ho letto. Raccomandato. Prezzi in linea con i prezzi medio alti della zona.

La Villa Carlotta située à 5 minute de Stresa est un excellent rapport qualité/prix. Il n’y a pas photo. L’hôtel est idéalement situé, le personnel est hautement qualifié, dévoué, motivé, sympathique. La literie est très confortable, les chambres sympa. Nous avons une chambre avec vue sur lac, vue idyllique. Parking facile. Le buffet petit-déjeuner est délicieux, les fruits excellents. Mon épouse ne peut pas boire de produits laitier: aucun soucis, à l’entrée du buffet, nous trouvons différentes alternatives, sans devoir demander quoi que ce soit, et bonnes. Le repas au restaurant vaut franchement la peine, bonne carte, excellent service à nouveau, avec un Maître d’Hotel qui s’y connais, conseille judicieusement. Tellement bon que nous y sommes allés tous les soirs de notre séjour. Nous tenons à remercier tout le personnel pour notre très chouette séjour. Bravo! Et nous nous réjouissons de revenir chez vous.

Abbiamo passato un bellissimo week end in una location con il sapore di altri tempi di fronte al Lago maggiore. Personale professionale e gentilissimo, le camere ben arredate, spaziose e pulite. Colazione con ogni genere di bontà come è raro trovare. Consigliatissimo.

Soggiornato a Villa Carlotta 2gg,io e mio marito ci siamo trovati molto bene.
Grande serietà e professionalità in primis dallo staff della reception,la Signorina Giorgia con la sua estrema gentilezza ci ha saputi consigliare in modo chiaro. Lo staff della prima colazione e della sala ristorante tutti molto eleganti nei modi tutti molto professionali
Colazione curata ed assortita per tutti i gusti,ristorante di alto livello dalla cura del servizio al gusto elevato dei piatti.
Ci ritorneremo sicuramente a ottobre.

Hotel d'un excellent rapport qualité prix . Personnel agréable , chambre confortable, très correcte. Superbe situation au bord du lac. Belle piscine dans un environnement verdoyant.avec vue sur le lac.. Très bon petit déjeuner, très complet . Restaurant très agréable , bonne qualité des plats à un prix raisonnable .

Consiglio a tutti di passare un weekend sereno e tranquillo a Belgirate sul Lago Maggiore per 'staccare' un po' dallo stress quotidiano. L'hotel è un un'ottimo 4 stelle con vista lago vicinissimo alla stazione. Il personale è gentile, professionale e competente. Si mangia benissimo ☝provare per credere😊

Personale, ottimo discreto e competente, giovane e innovativo.

Un buon posto dove poter mangiare bene e poter organizzare eventi. Facilmente raggiungibile perché lo si trova sulla strada principale. Località molto bella sul lago maggiore. E’ anche hotel, quindi... organizzatevi e buona vacanza.

Direttamente fronte lago, buon cibo, bella struttura, ben organizzata. Personale cortese e professionale. Ci sono stato oggi per un congresso in chiave diurna ed anni fa per un corso aziendale di tre giorni e mi sono sempre trovato bene.

Prenotato 2 camere tramite Smart Box la notte del 2 maggio, l'hotel é risultato ottimo : camere funzionali, pulite; colazione splendida: prodotti freschi e ben presentati; cena altrettanto soddisfacente.

Ieri sono stata a Villa Carllotto per la grigliata party da loro organizzata, luogo incantevole organizzazione eccellente, cibo ottimo. Di alto livello tutto, personale attento e premuroso pulizia impeccabile, un ferragosto con i fiocchi bravissimi,

Todo fue perfecto.
Tuvimos un problema con una reserva difícil de resolver y la Señorita Carlota, de recepción del hotel, tomó mucho interés en entendernos y lo solucionó.
Quedamos gratamente sorprendidos al ponerse en nuestro lugar, entender el problema, hablar con los responsables y resolverlo a favor del cliente porque entendía que el error fue problema de comunicación.
Lo recomendaremos.
