We had the best dinner here during our holiday. The experience of the taste menu was great, every dish was special. You can tell the chef has passion and talent! Also the atmosphere is lovely, Francesca made us feel welcomed and we remained with great memories. Do not miss this place if you will travel in Furore and try to book a table in advance.

My friend that is a chef himself suggested us this place. The Bianca Zita restaurant is definitely a must in Amalfi cost. The food is amazing and the staff are very kind. I can say one of the best places I have ever eaten in Italy. Definitely would recommend and actually shouldn’t be missed!

We had an amazing lunch here! We came in around 3pm and they offered us the chefs special (no menus, just whatever the chef was cooking)! Very special experience. Everything was delicious and the service was excellent. And the chef came around to say hi to us! Highly recommend if you love fresh and delicious seafood.

Definitely not a one to be missed. The best tuna I ever had. I didn’t know it would go so well with pistachio. They’re very attentive and so accommodating. Thank you for tonight!

10/10 expierence. A true hidden gem on the Amalfi coast. The fish was amongst the freshest I've tasted.

Their service was impeccable and timely, they even made alternatives for one of our diabetic diners, which was great.

No option for alá carte, only a degustation menu, which I find great, because the mise en place was obviously on point.

So amazing, we came here twice on consecutive nights. Typically serves an affordable set menu that changes weekly. When we were here, we ate seared tuna with pistachio - absolutely divine, then a fabulous pasta with monkfish. The other dishes were great too but this was some of Italy’s finest, and this after 5 weeks of many great dishes in many provinces from Stresa to Tropea. Highly recommended! 👍🏼

We first stumbled across this lovely place 6 years ago. It was a cold March evening and they were not really open yet. We asked about a glass of wine and they treated us a friends. We spent several hours enjoying the wine and snacks. Fast forward,May of 2023 we once again find ourselves on the Amalfi coast. As we are driving the road by the lower part of Furore, I slow at a doorway that looks familiar. While we are stopped to think, out comes a familiar face! Vito, the chef greets us as long lost family. He is quickly followed by Mario the father. We quickly arrange to return for dinner at 8:00.
Being anxious, we arrive a bit early. We are greeted very warmly, hugs and kisses for all from Mario and Vito. The dining area is intimate and comfortable. There is one other group when we arrive. Two other couples arrive while we are eating. They serve a prefixed menu. I don’t know it this is always the case. The wine, red for me and white for my wife, and a delicious bread come first. With the bread are an excellent olive oil and aged balsamic vinegar. This was followed by seared tuna on a bed of lettuce with crushed pistachio and a slightly spiced sauce. Outstanding! Living in Cabo San Lucas, MX part time, we know our tuna. The next course is glazed octopus on a crunchy bread with roasted tomatoes. I am not always an octopus fan, but this converted me. The seafood complete, they delivered a sorbet to cleanse our pallet. Normally this is very basic, but they take it to a new level. Slightly sweet but airy and creamy at the same time. Now, what is for me the main entrée, pasta carbonara. I have enjoyed carbonara at many restaurants and at home, I can not remember as delicious a version as the one they served. The next course was to be a sea bass, but we were so full, we had to decline. I we get a chance to come back to the area, we will certainly return.

If you only do one thing on the coast, dine at Bianca Zita. We sat down for the tasting menu (you should only do this) and started on something I can only call a once in a lifetime experience. There is also no wine menu - Mario, the waiter (who knows best) comes by the table and pours what he thinks you should be drinking. We ate sardines, swordfish, tuna, clams, lobster, and a local white fish. The most incredibly fresh seafood you can experience cooked by the talented Chef Vito. The prices are completely justified, and the staff create a warm atmosphere which makes you feel like you're with family. Thank-you for one of the best dining experiences of my life!

Delicious food, nice environment and friendly staff. It’s a very small restaurant, and they only serve tasting menu, but I thought that was an amazing experience! Our waiters were very nice to us, and so was the chef. I highly recommend going there!

The octopus dish is really something to remember. All I have to say is that it’s a must to go to this restaurant! We had a tasting menu with wine paring.

Incredible dinner! We did the tasting and wine pairing dinner experience which was out of this world. Every dish and wine were incredible. Excellent presentation, beyond delicious, and perfect wines. One of the best meals I have ever had.

Fantastic dining experience. By far our most memorable meal in Italy. The owner treats you like the family you wish you were part of. We left with over full stomachs of fresh seafood and new friends. There are no menus or prices and normally this would scare me away because, well, I’m cheap. But honestly, this place is a bargain for an upscale dining experience. You get so much more than you pay for. Great selection of local wines.

Small and very charming restaurant with great food and great service. Loved the authenticity and personal touch they brought into the interactions with the guests. The menu was all fish. Great composition and superb execution.

Amazing food and friendly servers! The menu is completely different every day. Whatever they are serving is the menu for the evening and it was perfect. We had: Swordfish, tuna, monkfish, sea bream and a pasta along with a dessert and a grappa. Everything was superb! Thanks again! Nocciola!

Absolutely fantastic meal. Every course was perfectly prepared. The service was wonderful. We felt bad that we were the only guests of the evening. They could have just closed, but they stayed open to serve us.

Absolutely everything about our meal here was fantastic! They served a set menu featuring fish prepared in several different manners. The service was great and if I had the chance I would go back here often. One of the top meals we had during our time in Italy. The price was reasonable as well.
