Mi sono appoggiata a loro per un reso e il reso non è arrivato al mittente. La prima risposta, dopo aver spiegato il problema, è stata: "deve chiamare il servizio clienti di *nome dello spedizooniere* perché noi facciamo ritirare il pacco e se poi ci sono problemi dovete parlare direttamente con loro" (un servizio scadente sinceramente).
Ho dovuto poi chiedere io se mi poteva dare il numero della spedizione o del collo, io non me ne intendo molto di spedizioni però immagino che se chiamo l'assistenza dovrò fornire dei dati; un po' più di collaborazione me la sarei aspettata, invece se ne è proprio lavata le mani.
Sicuramente non tornerò e non lo consiglierò
