Il Lebbio

We have spent our holidays at Lebbio. It’s an amazing place and located in a perfect position, as you can easily reach wonderful towns in Tuscany such as Siena, Pisa and Florence.
The staff is excellent and caring, as they provide the top service to satisfy your needs at any time. The flats are very well presented and really spacious and they are equipped with everything you may need during your stay. Also, the outside areas are very well looked after, as Massimo does the best to make the customers feel good with the surroundings and with the nature. There is also an amazing swimming pool with the waterfall corner perfect to relax and a little swimming pool for children too.
Dino, the receptionist, is amazing! He made us feel at home everyday and he has always been ready to satisfy our needs at any time.
Once a week they organise the All You Can Eat PIZZA! What can I say, it was absolutely stunning. They have a wooden oven where they prepare pizzas until you’re full and it was amazing eating with live music in the background, such an experience!
If you have been dreaming about the typical Tuscan life, this is what you’re looking for, absolute peace!
We cannot wait for our next stay at Lebbio!

We had a amazing stay at il lebbio. It is such a beautiful place on a lonely Tuscan hill. The owner is very nice. Everything you need is present (we had two small kids), there is a amazing pool and beautifull appartements. All must see places are easily reached by car and the closest village (montaione) can provide you with your daily needed grocery’s and more.

Go here for a real Tuscan holiday feeling. It is like you travel back in time…

Great place, very well maintained.
Upon our arrival we were hosted by Daniella, who upgraded our apartment for much more spacious one, for no compensation.
Apartment is tidy and spacious, surrounding garden is clean, green, full of flowers, away from any disturbing noise.
Pool is daily maintained, size is good.

Location is on good place, considering car day trips to central Tuscany highlights; San Gimignano, Siena, Florence, Piza, etc. We even went on day trip to Cinque Terre.

Only improvement that i propose is wifi stability, since we could not access internet by wifi one day, but that was solved early next day.

So, I would definitely recommend Il Lebbio, and it's employees.

Great place for a relaxed vacation in Tuscany! We stayed 11 nights at Il Lebbio with our 2 year old son in August/September. We enjoyed the gardens, our private terrace and especially the lovely pool to the full! Il Lebbio is centrally located in Tuscany. We tool little day trips to visit Volterra, Lucca, Pisa and Sienna. But the nearby town of Montaione is also very nice. We would surely love to come back.

We had our wedding at Il Lebbio in May 2023, together with 50 of our friends and families.
It is three words that best describes our stay - Magical, Serene and Beautiful.

Dino and Daniela (together with the rest of the staff) made our stay absolutely perfect. Even though we used third party wedding planners for the actual wedding day, Il Lebbio helped us facility all the other days. They offer world class service, they are problem solvers, and they try their outmost to make your stay as good as they themselves would have it.

Il Lebbio offers peace and quiet, and is beautifully located in the Tuscan countryside. The place is like an oasis; Stunning garden with lot's of flowers, big old trees and bird song surrounds you everywhere. If you don't get rest here, nothing will.
There is a very nice pool close by, and enough parking spaces just below the main house.

Since we rented the whole place for our wedding, we got to see all the different apartments. This is rustic, beautiful and cosy Italian-style all over. All apartments offer the same - two or more bathrooms, fully functional kitchen and a living room - but in a slightly different layout. When I thought I found my favourite apartment, the next one was just as good. We really enjoyed that the showers offer good water pressure and proper warmth. There is also really good heating in the apartments, if the weather outside is cold. All our guests said that the beds were good to sleep in. Bear in mind that there is no AC (air conditioning) in the apartments, but for us, this was no problem, as we just had the bedroom window open (there are mosquito nets installed). The houses are old stone build, and offer cool indoor temperatures despite warm weather. If you are wondering, all kitchens have refrigerator and freezer.

All apartments have their own outdoor seating area, with its own gazebo, table and chairs. Each even have their own barbecue/grill, which make this place the perfect social area in the evening.

Il Lebbio also have an amazing dinner area at ground level in the main building, where all guests can accommodate. In close proximity, there is a modern fully restaurant-level kitchen.
They also arranged Pizza Party for us and our guests, where a chef served us delicius pizza from Il Lebbios very own pizza oven.

All in all, our five days at Il Lebbio was just sensational - and the place comes highly recommended from us, as well as from all our family and friends. We will be back.

Fantastic holidays, Dino and Chris are excellent hosts and were alway there when we needed something. We felt like having a holiday at friends. Thank you very much for your great hospitality.

Hemos estado tres noches y se nos ha hecho muy corta la estancia. El lugar es idílico. Si buscas tranquilidad y un entorno especial este es tu sitio. Dino es un amor de persona, gracias por todo Dino, espero volver a vernos lo antes posible. Grazie di tutto !!!

Wij hebben een fantastische vakantie gehad bij Il Lebbio.
De plek is prachtig, een meer dan vriendelijk en behulpzaam ontvangst van Dino en Massimo, een heerlijk huisje, mooi zwembad, voldoende privacy end kinderen blij, wat wil je nog meer.
Super omgeving waar natuur en dorpjes elkaar afwisselen, wij komen zeker terug!

Sehr schönn gelegene Anlage mitten zwischen Pinien. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und gibt dir jede Menge Tipps für Lokale oder Ausflüge. Auf dem Gelände gibt es alles was man braucht von deutscher Kaffeemaschine bis Grill und Pool. Das Frühstück wird auf die Terrasse geliefert.
Das Gelände wird am abend von einem Tor verschlossen. Parkplätze stehen ausreichend zur Verfügung. In der Wohnung gibt es alles was man
braucht Toaster, Spülmaschine, Wäscheständer. Wlan ist umsonst aber es gibt keine Netzverbindung man kann nicht telefonieren. Alles in allem kann ich das il lebbio uneingeschränkt empfehlen wer auch gerne die Ruhe mag.

Die Anlage ist wunderschön und sehr gepflegt. Unsere Wohnung „Aurantium“ bot für 6 Personen viel Platz und den überdachten Freisitz haben wir sehr genossen. Der Pool war auch bei unseren Kindern sehr beliebt. Die Umgebung bietet viele tolle Besichtigungsmöglichkeiten. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir aber die überaus große Hilfsbereitschaft von Dino. Da wir Probleme mit unserem Auto hatten, hat er für uns rumtelefoniert, bis er eine Werkstatt gefunden hat, die uns auf die Schnelle helfen konnte, hat uns zur Werkstatt begleitet und uns so das Gefühl gegeben, dass wir nicht allein sind. Dafür möchten wir nochmal ganz, ganz herzlich danken.

Abbiamo trascorso questo weekend in questo posto sublime , di altri tempi ,sembra di vivere una favola al Lebbio tra una natura incontaminata in un borgo antico della vecchia Toscana con immobili di gran pregio e giardini Incantevoli , il tutto curato alla perfezione dalla proprietaria del Resort Signora Daniela e dal simpaticissimo Direttore Signor Dino a cui va la nostra gratitudine per le cortesi attenzioni che ha verso gli ospiti . Grazie per averci fatto trascorrere questo weekend per noi indimenticabile, in un posto da Sogno.

Schitterende locatie waar Dino als gastheer een visitekaartje is als het gaat om service en Italiaanse gastvrijheid. Het appartement is een plaatje en biedt het comfort om een heerlijke vakantie te hebben. Centraal gelegen om Toscane te ontdekken waarbij ook een tripje richting het strand prima te doen is. Eten in de omgeving... Keuze te over... Kwalitatief en authentiek Italiaans eten voor prima prijzen. Aanrader

Geweldige plek voor een relaxte vakantie in Toscane! We verbleven 2 weken in augustus bij Il Lebbio. We hebben genoten van ons ruime appartement met privé terras, de mooie tuin, het heerlijke zwembad en de altijd zeer behulpzame vriendelijke Daniela en Roberto. Il Lebbio is centraal gelegen in Toscane een ideale plek voor het bezoeken van steden zoals Volterra, Lucca, Pisa en Siena. Het nabijgelegen stadje Montaione is ook erg leuk. We komen zeker graag terug.

Wir waren zu viert in einer Ferienwohnung. 2 Schlafzimmer mit jeweils zugehörigem Badezimmer. Pool, grosser Garten. Wunderbare Anlage, gut gepflegt. Alle Wünsche werden erfüllt. Ruhig gelegen. Mitten in der Toskana im Dreieck zwischen Florenz, Lucca und Siena.

Wir waren mit zwei Familien 7 Tage im Il Lebbio. Die Lage ist perfekt um verschiedene Ausflüge zu unternehmen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die komplette Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und sauber. In den Appartement fehlt es an nichts. Der Pool ist ausreichend groß für alle Gäste. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder. Besonderen Dank an Roberto und Chris.

Wir waren zu viert vom 7.-21.09.2019 im Cupressi. Es war einfach hervorragend - auch weil wir bis auf einen halben Tag nur Sonne hatten. Von Il Lebbio aus erreicht man Florenz, Sienna, Lucca, etc. in ca. 1 h Fahrt problemlos. Es ist sehr zentral in der Toskana gelegen und gibt einem die Möglichkeit alles zu erleben.
Auch der saubere Pool und das sehr gepflegte Anwesen haben uns beeindruckt. Alles hat gestimmt, die Bilder zeigen genau was man vor Ort findet.
Die Mittwochs-Pizza von Roberto ist zu empfehlen!
Wir werden wieder kommen!

Il Lebbio est un endroit magnifique en pleine campagne Toscane, idéal pour les groupes (nous étions 50), notamment avec 2 aéroports à moins d'une heure de route. Pour les groupes, l'option cuisinière à disposition et la pizza party ont été de précieuses idées.
Nous y retournerons volontiers. Sébastien.

Posto fantastico immerso nella natura , tra la pace delle colline Toscane, con appartamenti tipici dotati di qualsiasi confort. Piscina rilassante, Daniela e lo staff sono gentilissimi e disponibili, grazie per i bellissimi giorni passati❤
