L'Antica Pizzeria da Michele Salerno

Eating here is an absolute treat—you can instantly tell why this place is ranked number one in the world. The pizza is phenomenal, boasting the best dough you'll ever taste, and all the ingredients are incredibly fresh. Definitely worth a try!

We tried the Salerno branch of Napoli’s famous pizzeria. Pizza is the same, not crowded and more beer variety available, also you can sit outside which is not an option in Napoli

Best pizza we ate during our trip. Big and delicious.

We stopped by here because we had the best pizza of our lives in the Naples store of L’antica Pizzeria da Michele driving from Naples to Calabria.
We arrived 2 hours before they opened and we waited, im glad we did.
Becuase it was equally as good as the one in Naples city and had more variety of pizzas.
We also didn’t have to wait 2 hours in line!
Win win 😁.

Can’t wait to come back one day for the diavola pizza.

Best pizzas ever. Full of flavour and doesn't break the bank.

Our waiter was a bit grumpy, but that didn't detract from the atmosphere and the food. We were told off for having our water bottles on the table.

Wandering through Salerno looking for lunch came across this restaurant and it was amazing possibly the best pizza I have ever had the sauce was delicious with thick chunks of mozzarella and finely chopped salami which was a first and because it was smaller it meant that every bite had some rather than a big chunk that you bite into and ends up coming off and then the rest of the slice has none.
The price was so cheap as well for such a good pizza and the wait time was incredibly quick fully recommend to anyone in the area.

Great place for authentic Neapolitan pizzas. Delicious pizza and cool ambient. Margarita special with Bufalo mozzarella is my favorite. The biggest pizza we have ever eaten. Prices are affordable. We have been in Napoli at same pizzeria but we didn’t make it because of crowds in front.

The pizza menu is very simple besides the traditional pizza you can make your own style! The restaurant is always full you have to wait a while. Good also their own branded craft beers. Prices are reasonable.

This pizza is as great as the one in Naples.

After a day trip in the summer, I visited this pleasant place by the square. The friendly staff attended to me immediately, and I had a truly delicious pizza here. It was possibly the best pizza I've ever had!

We came back here an a second occasion as the pizzas were so good.

For my last meal in Italy, of course I wanted gluten free pizza (again). This place was close enough to walk from/to the train station. Off a small plaza, the area was great and the pizza delicious. I couldn't quite pick it up and eat it. It was tasty with fork and knife anyway.

Plus they went out of their way to accommodate my English and to ensure I knew it was not necessary to tip.

today me and my boyfriend had lunch here, my boyfriend ordered a margherita and I ordered a cosacca and mineral water for 14,50 €. their pizza is very good and doesn't disappoint, and it was my first pizaa in Italy ✨✨

One of the best if not the best pizzas I've ever tried in Naples and Italy for that matter. The Diavola one was just so full of flavor and goodness and at a very good price. I've paid twice as much for worse pizza. 10 out of 10 and highly recommended. 👌🏻
