Mangia's Torre del Barone Resort

Such a beautiful hotel. All the staff were friendly and extremely helpful particularly Gioia who helped us with our excursions. The rooms were kept spotlessly clean and overlooked the beautiful blue sea. The pool had plenty of sunbeds & never felt crowded, neither did the beach which was a 5 minute walk from the hotel. The food was delicious with a wide range of choices.

We booked the resort through hotels.cim so it wasn’t fully inclusive. The hotel rooms were very clean and spacious. The staff were kind and respectful and it is nicely location we close to a sandy beach.
They have few restaurants that you need to book in advance but if you have a car you have more option to go to the city.

The resort is very beautiful. The rooms are very clean and modern.
The food in the restaurants is absolutely delicious. KAGAN (Japanese/Sushi) restaurant is especially good, with amazing food, service and a very skilled/great chef.

We have been to Torre del Barone and we are going to come back for sure. The location is great, staff is friendly and well prepared. The boutique restaurant Donna Floriana is simple and elegant, the staff knows how to respect your privacy and at the same time, let you feel at home. The beach was nice, the beach bar has some very friendly and helpful staff that can welcome you for a nice evening sunset happy hour. Pro tip: Alessia at the beach bar serves a very nice grapefruit soft drink and entertains you with a quick and pleasant chat.

We were here for about nine days, celebrating the Jewish holiday of Passover. The staff was more than amazing! They could not do enough for you! The general manager, Gianluca Interrante, was always there and available to accommodate… Quite frankly, I am not sure he even went home for that period of time. I was looking for the 10 star button, but I could not find it… So I left only five… I would recommend it to anybody and everybody!

Our stay here at Mangia’s Torre Del Barone was the epitome of relaxation. A ten minute walk from the beach, a ten minute drive from town, and a few steps away from some great restaurants made for an easy and fun vacation spot. This is truly a great place to stay if you need to get away from the “hustle and bustle” of your daily life, and just enjoy a cocktail with some soft music by the patio. We saw plenty of large and small families, couples young and old, and people from all over the world enjoying their stay here.
The absolute best part of our stay was, without question, the staff. To the management reading this, you should know that these people are the backbone of Torre Del Barone, and they are the ones who make it the truly exceptional place that it is. To say that “we were taken care of” is an understatement. We are not Italian speakers, by any means (we have been studying the basics on Duolingo— I can confidently order a cappuccino and that’s about it!) and your staff worked with us to ensure that we were understood and heard. They have happily and respectfully guided us through every request, even teaching us some Italian phrases along the way. You have a wonderful group of people working at Primo, and throughout this entire establishment; I hope you recognize their greatness, hard work-ethic, intelligence, and kindness. I commend your staff on their ability to show hospitality and love to a couple of Americans trying their best to get around your beautiful country. We will greatly miss Torre del Barone, Sciacca, and Italy/Sicily as a whole, and the people who made our honeymoon so very special.

Friendly staff, clean and relatively new looking rooms, awesome pizza, sandy beach (with beds) in 5 mins walk…. We loved it!

Nice rooms and spacious balconies.
The service is very helpful.
Overall, it was a good place to rest.
I recommend exploring the nearby Sciacca, a lovely town.

The resort is lovely as all rooms have beautiful views of the Mediterranean sea. However, it is all the staff who presented themselves in a warm, friendly, welcoming and professional manner. It is due to this fabulous staff that our stay as supreme. Thank you to especially, Sabrina, Claudia, Cristina and all terrace bar servers.

We had a wonderful time staying in Torre del Barrone resort. The resort is beautiful, very picturesque everywhere you go. It’s well designed so every room has a fantastic sea view and great privacy. The swimming pools and shower area looks a bit out of date but they are clean.

But what made our experience wonderful is the five-star service from the staff. I cannot explain how helpful the staff are at the resort. They are very considerate and attentive. We arrived and checked in really late (after midnight), Alex, who was on duty at the reception, even asked us if we would like to have something to eat before going to our room. Receptionists, Acu, Claudia and the other lady at the reception (sorry I didn’t get her name) helped me quite a few times for big or little requests. Elviro, the manager at the restaurant, has a very cheerful spirit, brightened me up every time he spoke with me. He was also very attentive and made us feel very special. We also used the mini club which my kids absolutely loved. Through out our stay, even my kids are impressed with how polite and attentive the staff are. They also look genuinely happy helping their guests. I feel that I haven’t been looked after so well before in any hotels/resorts, not even in five star ones. When our flight got canceled, they were so helpful to extend my stay at a reasonable price. I was very grateful. (And you should see my kids’ faces when I told them we are staying longer! 😅)

Kids and I were very happy with the food they offer at the resort. Breakfast menu is always the same but choices are good. Lunch and dinner menus changes every day, and there are abundant choices. Kids enjoyed the food more than I did but that’s all that matters to a mum.

It was definitely an unforgettable experience, my kids are already nagging me to go back there.

This was an incredible resort ; the best I’ve ever been in my long traveling journey. I loved the eateries and their top notch service led by their wonderful director , JohnLuca , and their general manager , keswon. My wife and I are flabbergasted by the beauty and atypical brand of uniqueness that makes this hotel-resort stand out so beautifully. We were enamored by the hospitality of John Loca who addressed our needs and went over and above our requests when needed or not . This is now my go to destination in beautiful Sicily!

Nice hotel in Sicily Sciacca. The view is amazing to the see, the breakfast is vary and delicious. The beach is clean. The speciality is the elevator what is moving sidely, follow the shape of the mountain.

What a lovely resort. Right on the beach, fantastic hotel with very friendly staff. Very modern interior and amazing views.

Even if not staying in the hotel its great to visit and try one of the many bars and restaurants.

I would definetely recommend this location for a family trip! All you need is there!
