After a long walk over the hills of Calabria what one requires is a ginormous plate of pasta with delicious sauce. Let me recommend Bar Motta for this and more besides - lovely cold beers and a cheerful welcome and clearly a popular place with the locals. Luckily I have a capacious belly!
