La Galera - Ristorante Monteroni D'Arbia, Siena

The best pasta I've ever had in my life. After nearly 2 weeks in Italy, it was also the finest meal of our trip. As a tourist it's often hard to find authentic restaurants, but that's exactly what this place is. The terrace at the back is charming. The service was very good and the prices are hard to beat.

Recently visited last week on two occasions whilst staying nearby for a week. Cannot fault this place!

The food and the service are really great here! I had the papardelle al cinghale and it was sooo good, I loved it!! My partner had the pizza viandate which was also delicious! Also, our desserts were delicious. And it is not expensive, very good price-quality. We will come back tomorrow for our last night in Tuscany!

Found ourselves in a nearby airbnb and this was the only restaurant that offered delivery. The staff was very helpful over the phone trabslating the menu for us. We ordered two pizza pies and a rissotto to cover us for lunch and dinner. All were absolutely delicious. We were so satisfied that we ate there the next day as well.

Great restaurant, recommended to us from our host. On the inside is a charming pub, on the outside is an even more charming patio. There are a wide selection of food items to choose from, all very reasonably priced. My favorite is the pizza! They have over 15 different selections to choose from, I went for something spicy and I wasn't disappointed. The service was very friendly! Definitely going back again!

Even I ve been last time there 3 years ago (and few times before that), i still remember great pizzas and nice people from the restaurant. If you going to Sienna, spend some time, its close enough, and step by to this village, its surroundings and get nice food.
Big parking, as you can see on the map, is just next to (behind) the restaurant.

The outdoor space is really nice in the summer. The pizza are really tasty with plenty of original choices! Went there twice and weren't disappointed!
