Incredible meal, view and service.
The food was outstanding, and the menu enormous! It was hard to choose. But we were all happy with our choices, the tiny calamari, oysters, suckling pig, mushroom and truffle pasta, truffled quail eggs, and the kids ragu. It was all perfection. Unfortunately it was getting late so we had to get the little ones to bed, so no dessert this time…
The service was outstanding, a family restaurant with mama cooking and her son served us. He spoke English, and French and indulged us when we tried to speak a little Italian.
The wine menu was large and they were great at recommending choices, based on our preferences.
The breads were amazing!

A real culinary delight!

One of those life changing meals! We had the truffle Cacio e Pepe tagliatelle and it was absolutely incredible. I’ve never had pasta as fresh and beautiful! And the setting couldn’t get any better. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Wouldn’t change a thing!

Delicious food, made in-house by the family with a long tradition. The host is very friendly, together with the team they create a true family atmosphere in a restaurant with the best view to the old town of Ronciglione.
They speak Italian French and English.

Our family of nine, including 3 small children came for lunch. What a pleasant experience! All dishes were delicious and very well composed. The capretto was so tender. And the service excellent. First thing they did was to offer the children a pasta dish. How wise of them. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Lovely place to sit down and have an apperitvo. Mirko is an amazing bartender. The focaccia with grilled vegetables was the bomb!!!!

Atmosphere was really cozy. Staffs are kind and quick. Meals were salty. But good at all.

Lovely restaurant in a picturesque building with stunning views. The owners were extremely kind and helpful and accommodating with our two year old daughter. Food was very tasty and all homemade. Highly recommended.

My husband and I had dinner at this gem of a restaurant on February 23rd. Everything from our appetizers, to our primi piatti to our secondi were absolutely delizioso! Pasta with funghi and seafood salad as primi…the rabbit main course and wonderful fish dish were excellent.
Our host spoke English quite well and treated us to a tour of his new venue…a cocktail lounge and event space. When we return to Italy we look forward to once again enjoying a fantastic meal at La Corte Dei Prefetti!

Very good food, in a beautiful restaurant. The staff went above and beyond to help us and were really nice. I absolutely recommend going by here for a nice dinner.

Very nice restaurant. The people working are very friendly. Also you can eat here with a very nice view. They even made a special plate for me because I don’t eat pork.
So I would recommend coming here for sure!

Great Food real homemade

Sono stata a cena in questo ristorante con mio marito per festeggiare la fine delle vacanze estive. Abbiamo scelto il menù degustazione, composto da circa sei portate, che unisce in modo armonioso creatività e tradizione. Siamo rimasti incantati dal carpaccio, talmente tenero da sciogliersi in bocca, e dai fagioli purgatorio con baccalà, che hanno evocato in mio marito, inglese, un nostalgico ricordo delle sue radici. Il dessert, un fuori menù consigliatoci dallo chef, è stato eccellente e ha perfettamente bilanciato i sapori, accompagnato da un amaro vellutato offerto dalla casa. Consigliatissimo, anche per la splendida vista sul borgo.

Siamo capitati per caso in questo ristorante, durante una gita nell incantevole borgo di Ronciglione .
Il locale dispone di varie sale e due terrazze, tutte in stile storico rinascimentale, molto elegante e curato senza essere stucchevole. Abbiamo pranzato divinamente, accompagnati dal proprietario,
che ci ha illustrato con passione e competenza il menù.
Il tavolo era in terazza, con una vista panoramica magnifica .
Abbiamo scelto un antipasto, due primi ed un dolce, vino merlot di una cantina laziale.
Tutto era di primissima qualità, sapori meravigliosi: la pasta è fatta a mano, e gli ingredienti sono davvero selezionati .
Servizio impeccabile e cortese.
Il prezzo è giustamente adeguato alla qualità dei cibi proposti.

Abbiamo cenato egregiamente venerdì 1/3 e di nuovo sabato 2/3 a pranzo. Ottimo cibo (pasta fatta in casa, carne squisita, antipasti, contorni e dessert eccellenti). In 2 gg. abbiamo provato tantissimi piatti diversi (eravamo in 4) e siamo tutti più che soddisfatti. La cortesia ed attenzione verso il cliente è a livelli altissimi. Abbiamo chiesto altra focaccia (che viene servita insieme al pane) e ce ne hanno regalata ancora da portare a casa, con un pacco regalo meraviglioso (vedi foto). Perfetto per chi, in vacanza come noi, può mangiare in tutta tranquillità. Trattandosi infatti di una cucina espressa, i tempi di attesa sono un po' lunghi ma ne vale assolutamente la pena! Bravi !!!

Non lo definirei un pranzo, ma un’esperienza !! Sono stata in questo meraviglioso ristorante con il mio compagno e siamo rimasti estasiati!! A partire dalla
Location suggestiva, passando poi per il personale super cordiale, punta di diamante il proprietario che trasmette tutto il suo amore per il suo ristorante.. Che dire del menù, SENSAZIONALE!! Straconsigliato !! Non vediamo l’ora di tornarci per provare altre prelibatezza 😍
