Hotel Parsifal - Antico Convento del 1288 & Ristorante Raffaele

We stayed at Hotel Parsifal for just under a week, and cannot wait to go back. Hotel Parsifal’s rooms are beautiful, super clean, and comfortable. The views throughout the hotel are spectacular. The drinks on the balcony are delicious. The owner, Antonio (or Tony) and his family and staff went above and beyond to ensure we had the best stay possible in Ravello. I cannot recommend this hotel enough!

I would give this hotel 10/5 if I could. The rooms are clean and comfortable (daily room service was a wonderful
surprise!), views are spectacular and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. At one point my family had 12+ people staying here and everyone raved about how helpful front desk manager Antonio is. He answered any question and helped us navigate around town. He even used his network of contacts and friends in town to get back my purse (with passports inside - oops) the day after a family dinner when the restaurant was technically closed. We stayed for a week and my son is already wondering when we can go back.

Antonio and the whole staff went above and beyond to make our stay for our honeymoon nothing but exceptional. He made us feel like family and so welcome. The room was beautiful and the views were stunning. We were devastated when we had to leave, but we will be back many times. This was our favorite place, both Ravello and Hotel Parsifal, that we have ever been!! Thank you Antonio!!

One of the best experiences during our visit along the Amalfi coast was the stay at Hotel Parsifal. Wonderful views, great hospitality, top service and very affordable. Antonio with family have created a wonderful oasis in Ravello. My very best recommendations.

Cute little hotel that we stayed in for one night at the end of our trip. The building itself is old and has stunning views of the Amalfi Coast.

The staff are fantastic and offer a level of service that you would expect in a higher-end hotel.

The first night we had supper there as a group. The menu listed the house wine at €15 per bottle, but when the bill came, we were only charged €9! (The wine was excellent!)

The only reason for 4 stars for the room and location is because the beds were a bit too firm for my liking and the hotel itself is a good walk from the square.

This hotel is above and beyond a 5 star hotel. They cater to your every need and make you feel like royalty. I had to get ready here prior to my wedding since my venue didn’t give me a room to get ready in, and they even let me check out late because they knew we needed it. Brought us breakfast, an extra fan, waters, even fixed my bridesmaids dress that broke right before the wedding by stitching it. I really cannot say enough good things about this hotel. There are other ‘5 star’ hotels in the area like hotel Belmond Caruso, but honestly you should stay here instead. Way nicer people and much better treatment with the same views. This is your sign to book your stay here, you won’t regret it!!!!!

This hotel was incredible. The views from our room, the balconies, and the restaurant were all jaw dropping. The pictures they have on the website don't do it justice. We had a perfect time at this gem of a hotel and were within a decent walking distance to everything we wanted to do in Ravello. The staff was so kind and the breakfast was nice. We would absolutely stay here again!

Nothing but great things to say about this beautiful hotel. We came from a more modern hotel before this one and was honestly a little weary of its "older" demeanor. But my wife and I were wrong to question anything. The room was clean and a great size. Had a balcony to the spectacular courtyard and LITERALLY AMAZING views. It is a family run establishment and it really shows. The staff were all incredibly welcoming, happy, and helpful. The restaurant is also fantastic and incredibly charming and intimate. Highly recommend their lemon raviolis. THEY ARE ONE OF THE GREATEST THINGS I ATE IN ALL OF MY TRAVELS THROUGH ITALY. Finally, a special shout out to Antonio who runs the concierge. He was an immense help with getting us taxis to and from Amalfi and Napoli, getting us bus tickets to Maiori, and anything else we could have possibly asked for. He was so nice and informative, going above and beyond. When we inevitably come back to Ravello, this is where we will be staying.

This hotel is a hidden gem in Ravello. From the views, the staff and location. There’s nothing more you could ask for a stay in Ravello. Antonio and his brothers are so generous and caring. I would highly recommend this hotel if you plan to travel to Ravello.

Kind and caring people running a beautiful place. We were so lucky to call the hotel our Ravello home for nearly a week. Antonio helped us with many hiking and day trip suggestions. We hope to come back!

Great hotel in a prime location with has amazing sea views - I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay on the Amalfi coast. All the reception staff are exemplary but a special thanks to Tony who took the time to explain how to get the coach and ferry to Amalfi & Positano and saved us a small fortune by doing so (I’d Avoid taxis where possible)

It's hard to believe this is a 3 star hotel. It's certainly 4 star service and a 5 star experience. The views, the staff, everything was spectacular. We had dinner in the restaurant one night -- it was delicious. Antonio and the rest of the team were kind and responsive. The walk to the center of town is a bit further than other hotels, but the rewards are worth it (the views! and the quiet). Would highly recommend!

We stayed for 3 nights and had a wonderful stay. We booked via the hotel's own website to get the best price. We ate at the hotel's restaurant on two of the nights and the food was excellent. The staff are all great. Antonio provides you with bus and boat timetables to help you plan your trips to see the Amalfi Coast. We had our car with us and again Antonio helped us with parking options. We can highly recommend this hotel

Fantastic restaurant in Ravello overlooking the beautiful Amalfi coast area and the coastal town of Minori. The outdoor sitting is really food and their food, service and wait times are excellent. They offer gluten free options and can cater for those who are lactose intolerant as well. Their house white wine is delicious definitely worth trying.

Our third stay in three years.
No more beautiful place in Ravello.
No better host than Antonio.
Highly recommended.

We were guided to this Hotel on the recommendation of a Franciscan Nun, as a beautiful peaceful place to stay. Well I cannot say enough great things about this Hotel. You are warmly greeted by Antonio, and it just gets better from there.
The rooms are immaculate and spacious. One evening we ate in the Hotel Restaurant, and it was a fabulous meal.
If you are thinking of staying in Ravello (and I suggest you do), then this Hotel is a must!

We stayed here in late August 2023 and had an amazing time. The rooms had an amazing view, the staff were excellent. I cannot wait to get back here.

Antonio & staff treated us with 5 star service. Wonderful hotel with old-world character, well kept grounds with beautiful patios and amazing views! Light breakfast (included) made for an easy quick start to the day. Our dinner at their restaurant was one of the best we had while visiting the Amalfi Coast. Highly recommend!
