Albatros Beach Hotel

Fully enjoyed our stay at this stunning hotel! It was truly perfect. Beautiful rooms, welcoming staff, delicious breakfasts, all in this modern hotel right across from a crystal blue water beach. They have a shuttle to Taormina for 5 euros, what an amazing town!! The only thing missing is a gym but you could jog or walk the sea wall which is about 4 Km end to end. This was our favorite stop in our 2 weeks in Italy.

Outstanding service from the moment we arrived. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful with all our requests.
The room was clean, comfortable and of high standard. All amenities you need are there. Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, hairdryer and full size bath products.
The breakfast was exceptional with all fresh and a fantastic selection of food.
I highly recommend this hotels location it's across the road from the beach and with it's own private beach area. The lido provides lunch, snacks and drinks and are delivered directly to you at the beach. Food was of high standard.
We loved the hotel pool and spa it was a lovely way to relax after a day of exploring the area.

Beautiful newly renovated hotel, comfy beds and pillows, continental breakfast was outstanding. Thank you Piero the hotel manager and Lucy and Dino at the restaurant. You took such amazing care of us. One note regarding the hotel which should be noted in the website- book parking spot early as there are very limited spots although there is a large parking lot about 100 meters away from the hotel. Also please note there is a charge to use the private beach beds and umbrellas. We would highly recommend this hotel. Thank you for the nice beach bag we received on check out.

Stayed here 1 week in September, the hotel is modern very clean and comfortable with very professional and helpful staff.

The location is great with a many restaurants a short walk away, a few bars and grocery shops plus a 15 min hotel shuttle service to Taormina (book @ €5 x head each way). The gravel/pebble beach opposit is very clean and well equiped.

The breakfast was very good, varied food selection and the service helpful with genuinely happy atmospher - Lucy is a real asset to the restaurant.

All in all a great experience so We would happily stay here again.

We didn’t stay at the hotel but had an amazing experience renting day beds at the beach. The lifeguard and the ladies at the reception were so lovely and went out of their way to ensure we had a great day here. The days beds were €30.00 for three people and drinks were delightful! Would definitely come back and recommend to friends. 🩷

Lovely hotel with everything u need. Pool / private beach / bar / food and more. Kids loved every second of our stay. Rooms were great and will be back.

Excellent modern hotel, recently fully refurbished, clean crisp and white. Good selection continental breakfast and hot food. Excellent service and very good staff. Didn't use the restaurant for dinner so can't comment. Small pool with nice furniture and patio. On the whole, very well appointed. Recommended.

Albatros beach hotel is way beyond our expectation: fantastic minimalistic design, pool perfect for morning refreshment, rooms just the right size and what you need. Special star goes to hotel staff that is absolutely fantastic. Special thanks for Domenico from reception and Lucy who is the most amazing support we had on this trip. Stayed here for 2 days while visiting Taormina and loved it! The hotel is modern, the staff is extremely friendly, welcoming and helpful, breakfast is great and overall, it was perfect - exactly what we needed after arriving late at night. Parking is hit or miss - mostly street parking though they do have a few spots you can rent for a bit extra per day. Domenico was wonderfully helpful as well as the gal in the evenings though I didn’t get her name. Possibly Paulo.

Excellent hotel can't speak highly enough about it! The hotel is modern, clean and bright, tastefully decorated with some nice touches around the pool. The staff at Albatros beach are wonderful and friendly! Special thanks to the man on reception on the morning of 25/07/23 for his help!

Super hotel, great location in a quiet safe location. New clean rooms, cleaning and change of towels every day. Very good and trained staff, always responsive to requests.
A great holiday in Sicily for these money.
Also loved the shuttle to Taormina.
Would have liked a more varied breakfast (tired of scrambled eggs) and removal of the litter to the left of the hotel because at 6-7am a car would come to collect the glass and wake us up.

Just got back after a five day stay in the Albatros Beach Hotel. A beautiful, bright, modern and well equipped hotel in a great location by the beach. Delicious food and the reception staff are so helpful. The hotel offers a great private shuttle service to/from the airport and into Taormina too.

We spent 4 nights in the hotel and it was very clean and modern! The staff were all really friendly and extremely helpful when we ran into some issues that weren’t related the hotel. I lost my phone charger and Domenico at reception leant me his spare one, and then when our transfer bus came and left early without us another receptionist liased with the third party agent to have another car sent for us! 🙂 We also realised my partner had misplaced his passport when we got to the airport to go home, and the staff helped look around for it when we called them! So helpful and really went the extra mile every time we needed them to. ⭐

The breakfast was great, something for everyone, and the staff were always polite there too. We had food one evening in the hotel and enjoyed it too.

The only downside is for us as being in our early 30s Lettojanni was very quiet at the end of April so we spent most of our time in Taormina - luckily the hotel also puts on a shuttle bus which was great and a lot cheaper than a taxi. I hear Lettojanni is busier in July/August though so may have more of a vibe during summer months :)

What a lovely hotel. Totally welcoming, helpful and friendly service at all times. Great food, breakfasts and dinner were superb. Easy walk around the town. Excellent base to visit Taormina, Savoca, Etna and Catania. Good, cheap train and bus services. Would return in a heartbeat.

The hotel is newly renovated and location is perfect. The service was very attentive and fast, anything we needed at the hotel or beach was taking care of. Beach area is also great.
We will definitely be back :)

Lovely clean hotel. We had a great time, service from all staff was outstanding and they were all so friendly. Breakfast was plentiful with lots of choice. We couldn't fault a thing...We hope to return

Fabulous staff, couldn't be more helpful, Pietro the manager is so friendly and delightful, Tamara behind the bar is a darling and who could forget the wonderful reception team. Clean and crisp, decent food, even the cleaners are lovely. Good for taormina and savocca location wise, letojanni is a little tired as a resort however...

What a fantastic stay my wife and I had at Albatros Beach Hotel. Director Piero and his staff are amazing and will make every effort to make sure guests are satisfied. Look no further, this is the hotel you want to stay at in Letojanni.

We got to this hotel through a deal with a flight company I didn't have the chance to choose the room so we ended up in a back room with street view after many tries to change to a sea or partial sea view room before we arrive and while our visit,I asked partial change but they weren't able to help with that apparently the hotel was full booked we ended up accepting that its not going to happen and spending the rest of the days with closed curtains...
Other than that everything was amazing
At the reception each one of the workers were kind, always welcoming with a smile and giving the right information at any hour !
The dining staff were just amazing! Allesandro leading the orchestra felt like a family ❤ we really felt the warm Italian welcoming
The hotel was renewed 3 years ago so with Covid in that period of time everything is new,the design is beautiful in the entire complex relaxing materials and colors the ambient smell really good they have their own Sicilian scent
The rooms have a little fridge and a kettle, are spacious and comfortable
The beach is right across the street ,2 sun chairs and an umbrella cost 25 € the two first rows from the sea ,15€ from the third,the beach is a pebbles one and the water is cold perfect for those hot days in Sicily,you also can order drinks and food from the hotel to the beach
The hotel has 4 parking spots so ask for it immediately we didn't have a chance to take one spot ,we parked on the street it wasn't a busy week so we managed to find spots
